Begin Again

A meditative poem to remind you that every moment is an opportunity to experience life in a new way. We govern each present moment. We can focus on what is missing or we can choose to see that space as a place of infinite possibilities we can choose to create within. Everything you need is available to you in any given moment in time. Everything you need is within you.

Begin again.

Why begin something you know is going to end?

What you already know,

But you just don't know when.

Thinking about tomorrow that's just around the bend.

Will another day the universe send?

Wandering on yesterday and things we never did.

The swings we never swung,

The slides we never slid.

Expectations you and I would never fit and farewells we were not prepared to bid.

Instead live in the moment and all that it presents.

There is no better way for us in time to spend.

Grateful for memories with you no end to magic the universe gives it does not lend.

Today presents new versions of a life well lived,

A life of love.

Of hopes and dreams we soar above.

To be our best we are enough.
