What an amazing reminder of the balance we NEED to strike between control and chaos if we want to thrive in our lives.
When you're so far to one side of the swinging pendulum all you crave is the opposite side, not at all aware that it's just going to lead to more negativity when you get there... looking back at the other end of the pendulum you were desperate to get away from wishing you were there again before long!
When you strike a balance between the two control gives you confidence to move forward and chaos keeps you on your toes enough to grow with each forward step. Thank you so much for this wisdom! 🙏
