An invitation for you to re-frame the energy of RESISTANCE into RESILIENCE, navigating by BEING WITH whatever shows up for us is what is REALLY the SUPER POWER of RESILIENCE.

Um resistance and resilience we may be in resistance now right part of this this is part of this still keeping busy whether it's on a conscious level unconscious level subconscious level super conscious level we have been in a conditioning for whatever your age is i'm 45 45 years of mastering various programs i'm really good at these programmings and so there's going to be resistance on all these levels to this new space i'm in and so rather than going back going into the self-judgment or the self-hate or all that or the frustration which i can honor in that moment when it comes up that volatility and breathe through it whole space for myself reach out to a friend reach out to a group and say hey i'm i i need to be seen and heard right now can you do that for me and then allow that energy that that that space you're in what is to happen so that it can pass and at the end of it notice that the resistance when you held space for it transformed into resilience it's only resistance when we're fighting and i mean kind of seems obvious flow flow with it flow with the anger flow the frustration flow with the grief flow the tears flow with the joy just like our babies when they want to cry i think i'm gonna stop him he's crying we have so much to be reminded of and to learn from our children we are resilient we are resilient because we don't survive we thrive in uncertainty that's why we are here today seeing this new paradigm being born on the earth because we're resilient
