Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Feeling into the chair or ground,

The surface that is steadily supporting you.

Now taking a deep breath.

Exhale and relax.

Take another deep breath and hold it for a few seconds.

And exhale,

Imagining letting go of all of your stress.

One more deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Letting go of any stress and tension in your body.

Your body is soft and heavy against the surface that is supporting you.

Now visualizing the work that you do.

Visualizing the activities,

The things that you think through and events that come up,

As well as the feelings that come up as you see the activities play out.

From these feelings,

You are settling into a place in your heart.

Remembering the reason you want a meaning for what you do.

You remember that it feels good when you are compensated or acknowledged for your efforts.

When you can grow,

Contribute and live your life.

The source that moves you to work is a light.

And this light is pouring from your heart,

Your body and your hands to your workspace,

To your work,

To one person benefiting from your work.

Someone,

At least someone is being helped by what you do.

Imagining that person and their environment consciously or unconsciously receiving a strand of the light.

Now you see it is a lively green light moving through you towards that person.

It's actually the life force of nature moving through you to reach those who are impacted by the work that you do.

Curious,

You wonder what greater source is behind this.

How did the light reach you?

There is nourishment around your workspace.

Sky and air,

Trees and the living beings.

Nature refreshes you and calms down your nerves,

Sparks your imagination and brings a smile to your face.

Now noticing nourishment from the food you've had,

The water that has sustained or cleansed you,

Nutrients from nature that has kept you alive and functioning.

Keep tracing,

Noticing light has come from the past,

From inspirations of your past work,

Your peers and mentors,

From your loved ones too.

They've received such life force and shared it with you.

You realize this network of light is so big.

The impact of your work might not come directly from your work activities but other forms of support and nourishment.

People you know and people you don't know all receive the bounty of nature supporting what they do,

Supporting you and what you will do.

The flow of energy is a natural state.

Your experience of the flow grows broader.

Realizing your work's positive impact may be beyond what you can imagine,

You're ready to come back to the present moment.

Anchoring deeper to nature's nourishment.

With three breaths,

You'll come back to your present self.

Taking one breath,

Settling back to your physical body.

Taking another breath,

Feeling fresh new energy coming in.

One more breath,

Bringing back all of nature's nurturing light.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Welcome back.
