Overcome Barriers To Mindfulness Practice

With Melissa Huang

You tried to keep a mindfulness meditation practice, and somehow it never sticks — and you're frustrated, disappointed, and skeptical. This course applies a mindfulness approach to barriers and resistances, breaks them down into specific reasons, turns challenges into practice itself, and transforms your practice from the inside out. Across the 8 sessions, we'll spend 2 sessions on refreshing your perspective on practice, 4 on resistance and doubt, and the last 2 on integrating a sustainable approach into your life. Most sessions come with a small practice that you can take outside of the course. For every time your practice does not go as you wish, they will no longer stack up as failures or judgement, but as fertile ground for discovery and self-trust.

Sometimes Meditation Doesn’t Feel That Great
