Begin by taking a deep breath,

Exhale and relax.

Take another deep breath and hold,

And exhale,

Letting go of all of your stress.

Breathing slowly,

Feeling yourself relaxed.

Now visualize a location related to your line of work.

Perhaps another office in a different city,

Where you have colleagues or a store,

Or an area that's part of your supply chain,

Or even the closest energy plant that you know of.

You don't have to have been there.

Simply choose a location and imagine what it could look or feel like.

Picturing some details,

Noticing the time of day,

The lighting and the temperature.

Noticing where water and electricity is flowing.

Noticing the energy of the people and greenery and any animals present.

You find a place where you can sit and become part of it,

Without being in the way.

Maybe you're on a rooftop,

Or simply invisible.

This is a land and place in its own right,

With its personality,

With its challenges and its cycles of change.

You honor the sunlight and structure of time,

And the water sustaining the life here.

You are honoring the living creatures of this place,

With thoughts,

Actions,

And interactions.

How they collaborate and make it work.

Finding the respect for them within you.

Giving your respect to their actions and interactions.

Taking a deep breath,

Finding compassion for them within you.

Allowing your love and compassion to come out of you to this place.

Spending a few breaths here,

Honoring the quietude of sharing your love,

Without the need for responses.

Feeling your visit has served its purpose,

You begin to leave.

Allowing the buildings,

The busyness,

And the natural surroundings of this place to fade away.

With three breaths,

You'll come back to your physical present self,

Feeling at peace.

One breath in,

Settling back to your physical body.

Taking another breath,

Feeling fresh new energy coming in as you breathe.

One more breath in,

Bringing back all that you have sensed today to your present self.

Welcome back.
