Hi,
My friend and welcome.
This is a grounding meditation to help you start your morning grounded,
Centered in your body,
And ready to start the day in your power.
So go ahead,
If you feel ready,
Close your eyes with me.
Maybe starting by rolling your shoulders,
Maybe getting a nice stretch.
Any movement that can feel supportive for you before we drop into stillness.
Maybe that's a vigorous shake.
Listening to that inner knowing.
And then go ahead and closing your eyes whenever you're ready.
Taking a few breaths.
Taking a deep breath and softening your belly,
Letting your breath expand.
With your belly,
Letting that breath move up your rib cage.
And your heart space.
Letting that full exhale go,
Maybe letting out a sigh,
Any sounds.
Checking in,
Can you soften your face?
Can you soften your shoulders?
Your belly,
Your legs.
I often notice our calves are just ready to run.
So sometimes they need a few extra reminders to rest.
Noticing what's alive in your body this morning.
What sensations are present?
And seeing if rather than efforting,
Rather than wanting a shift to be done.
Maybe just an invitation to fully be with whatever is here.
Which of course allows space.
For it all to evolve.
And then breathing into the base of your spine,
Right at your hip.
And go ahead and create a grounding cord and let it ground you all the way into the center of our beautiful planet.
I love to use a tree trunk.
Sometimes you can also use a waterfall.
It can be a tube of energy.
It can be an anchor.
Notice what comes to you and then.

.
Connect more deeply with the earth.
Feeling yourself really land in your body.
Really breathing into you,
Breathing into your vessel.
Mm-hmm.
Noticing as you breathe,
As you settle,
Are you already in your day?
Maybe you're with friends or family or at work.
And as you notice,
Just keep coming back.
Keep coming back to your breath.
Keep coming back to this moment.
Inviting all of your energy to fully inhabit your body right here,
Right now.
We get to be fully here and then we can be there.
But let's start by being here.
And as you breathe into that grounding cord,
Go ahead and say hello to the soles of your feet as well.
Maybe wiggling your toes or moving your ankles a bit.
And let your feet grow roots as well.
Grounding your feet chakras all the way into the earth.
And then from deep in the center of our beautiful planet,
Inviting in earth energy.
To come up your feet chakras.
Your calves.
Your size.
All the way up the front of your body.
And letting that come all the way down the back side of your body.
And letting that energy release down the grounding cord at your hips into the earth.
And continue this cycle,
This cycle of release,
This cycle of beautiful,
Nourishing energy from the earth.
To help you start your day connected.
To help you start your day embodied.
As you do this practice,
Keep coming into your breath,
Maybe allowing those breaths to get even slower,
Even deeper.
Finding the rhythm of your body of your breath And noticing if you're breathing from your chest and if you can drop down into your belly and really let that breath come in to your entire body.
Beautiful.
A few more rounds here.
Now we'll shift into a brief energy clearing exercise.
So creating a rose out in front of you.
It can be about arms length distance out in front of you.
You can put your arms out and measure.
And let this rose be a magnet.
Let this rose magnetize any energy that is not yours.
Any energy you're ready to release.
Separating from the energy of our friends,
Our families,
Our workspaces.
The collective,
The world.
Really owning our space.
Inhabiting our space.
We get to hold what's ours.
We get to release all that is not.
And this is not because we do not care deeply.
It's because we are actually able to show up even more fully.
In all the spaces that we're called to show up in fully in our energy,
In our essence.
Not overwhelmed by everything that is not.
As you do this practice,
You might notice people leaving your space with your mind's eye.
It's always funny to see who floats on out.
You might also feel release in your body.
You might have memories come through or.
.
.
Pieces you're looking into in the future coming through.
Honoring any emotional release that arises.
Laughter,
Tears,
Rage.
Sadness.
It is all welcome.
Being with that complexity of your human experience.
It's so messy.
It's so imperfect.
And it's beautiful,
And it's real,
And it all belongs.
And go ahead and let that rose absorb any last pieces of energy that you're ready to release.
And we might know what we're releasing and we might have no idea.
Both are okay.
And inviting in ease,
Right?
We're not like squeezing to effort to release.
We're not pushing away.
We're breathing into release.
We're softening into letting go.
I love inviting in the energy of surrender and of trust with.
Energy healing and with release practices.
It's also good to remember that you will not release anything you're not meant to release.
Sometimes that fear arises and we can name it.
We can allow space for it.
And then when that rose feels complete,
You can go ahead and throw it off into the universe,
Pop it like a bubble.
And then create another rose out in front of you and ground that rose deeply into the center of the planet outside of your body.
And invite into that rose any intention you have for your day.
Maybe it's things you want to do.
Maybe it's energies you want to experience,
How you want to feel.
It can be anything.
It can be a color.
It can be an image.
Go ahead and invite whatever that is,
Whatever comes through for you into that rose.
We call it a mock-up rose.
It's the intention that you want to set,
Something you want to create.
And as that energy fills up that rose,
That grounding cord releases anything that's not in alignment for you.
Anything keeping you from fully allowing what you're wanting to create to come to fruition.
You can do this every day.
You can do this with anything that you're wanting to create.
And when it feels ready,
Go ahead and take that rose and plant it somewhere way outside of your space,
Maybe a beautiful mountaintop,
Maybe by the beach.
Ground that rose deeply into the earth.
And let that earth nourish your intention.
Just like when we go to a restaurant and we place an order,
We don't go into the kitchen and watch everything being done.
We place our order and then we receive.
So go ahead and call all your energy back from that intention,
From that rose and seeing a golden sun above your head.
And letting it magnetize all of your energy back to you.
All of your essence,
All of your lights.
Your power,
Your beauty.
All that you are.
Let it fill with this highest vibration of gold.
And letting that golden sun be big.
Brighter than you can even see,
Bigger than you can imagine.
No dinky golden scent.
Let him be big,
Way bigger than your body.
And as you do this,
Calling your energy back from the past,
Calling your energy back from the future.
Anywhere you've maybe scattered yourself in these past days,
Weeks,
Years,
Maybe lifetimes.
And when it feels complete,
Pouring into your body head to toe.
And also filling in your energetic field that surrounds you.
Taking a few breaths as you fill in with gold.
And if there's a particular energy you want to experience today,
Or maybe you want to feel safe and empowered.
Maybe you want to feel capable.
Trusting.
Noticing the beauty of your day as it unfolds,
Whatever it is,
Go ahead and invite those energies in as well.
Let them move throughout your body.
Let your body get a taste of the day to come.
And also that deep knowing that I feel like we step into more and more that we are powerful creators of our life.

The universe,

All that is.
It's not just me.
But I love to remember how powerful we are.
How capable we are.
So breathing into that.
And letting that gold pour down your grounding cord.
Take a few more breaths together before you step into your day more fully.
Coming back to those belly breaths,
Letting your belly expand with your breath,
Letting that breath move up your rib cage and your heart space.
Noticing if anything else is wanting to come through for you.
Maybe it's a message for your day.
Before you open your eyes,
Maybe inviting some gentle movements again,
Maybe rolling your shoulders,
Maybe wiggling your toes.
And inviting you to join me and bring your hands to your heart.
And really honor yourself for starting your day this way.
For connecting within,
Connecting to the earth.
For setting an intention for your day.
