Get your glow on meditation.
Take a comfortable seat sitting in a chair or cross-legged on the floor.
Make sure your lower back is supported and you're comfortable and relaxed.
Your chin should be slightly tucked in and your eyes and lips softly closed.
Your palms could be facing up on your thighs or in your lap.
Your whole body should be relaxed and comfortable.
Take in a big deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your nose.
Take in another big deep breath in,
Feel your belly,
Hold the breath at the top and slowly exhale out through your nose.
Taking another big deep breath in through your nose,
Hold the breath at the top and slowly exhale and relax in your shoulders.
Keep doing your long deep in and exhalations.
Try and make your breaths as long and deep as you possibly can.
Stretch them out.
I want to remind you that thoughts are part of meditation.
If they pop up,
That's okay.
Just simply let them go.
There's no need to dive into the story.
Just simply let them float away like a balloon.
Keep breathing deep and long.
Starting at the tip of your feet,
At the very tip of your toes,
Relaxing your toes,
Relaxing your feet,
Your ankles,
Your shins and calf muscles,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hamstrings.
Relax your hips and your buttocks.
Let go of any tension you're holding on to in your hip flexors.
Relax your belly.
Let it just fully relax out.
There's no need to hold on to any tension in your stomach.
Relax your lower back,
Your upper back,
Your chest and your shoulders.
Feel your shoulders melting down your back.
Relaxing the tops of your arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms and your hands.
Let go of any tension you're holding on to in your hands.
Relaxing your neck,
Your head and your face.
Let go of any tension you're holding on to in your face.
Now your whole body should be relaxed and tension free.
You should feel like you're floating.
You should feel light as a feather and very effortless.
Now I want you to bring your attention deep into your heart space.
Visualize your heart pumping and the energy around that space.
Vision it like a glowing light.
Maybe it's gold,
Maybe it's red or white.
Whatever color first comes to you.
Feel that glow deep in your heart.
Feel it pulsing.
Breathe into it.
Breathe into it as it expands over your chest and over your shoulder to the other side of the shoulder.
Breathe into it as it expands down your chest,
Over your ribs,
Down your arms,
Over your abdomen,
Lower back and down your hands.
As this light starts to get bigger,
Feel the energy in your body.
Whatever color it is,
Stay with that color.
Feel it pulsating in your body as it continues to move over your hips and buttocks,
Down your thighs and hamstrings,
Over your knees,
Over your shins and calf muscles,
Over your ankles,
Your feet until it's completely covering your feet.
It's moving now over your shoulders,
Over your neck,
Over your entire head and face and out the very tip of your head.
Feel this glow that started deep in your heart,
Pulsing through every single cell in your entire body now.
This is love.
This is your true essence.
This is your glow.
Cover yourself in this every morning before you go out into your day.
Instead of covering yourself in fear or anger or resentment,
Cover yourself in your beautiful glow.
Feel it pulsating through your entire body.
Feel that love swimming through your veins.
You have a choice and you can let this light cover you whenever you choose.
Take in a big deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your nose.
Inhale that light,
That glow,
That love that's permeating through every cell in your body and exhale out any fear,
Any anger,
Any resentment.
Feel that glow,
That love deep within your heart.
Breathe it in,
Up and slowly exhale out through your nose.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly crack open your eyes,
Gently wiggle your toes and fingers.
And I want to remind you that you can take that love deep within your heart,
Let it glow through every single cell in your entire body and take that out into your day with you.
