Abundance Meditation Take a comfortable seat sitting in a chair or cross-legged on the floor.
Make sure your lower back is supported,
Your chin is slightly tucked in,
Your body is relaxed and comfortable,
And your eyes and lips are softly and gently closed.
Taking a big deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhale out through your nose.
Taking another big deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhale out through your nose.
Take another big deep breath in through your nose,
Feel your belly,
And hold the breath at the top,
And on the exhale,
Relax your shoulders,
Feel your shoulders melting down your back.
One more time,
Take a big deep breath in through your nose,
Suspend the breath at the top,
And slowly exhale out through your nose.
Your entire body should be relaxed and comfortable.
Continue to do your deep long in and exhalations,
Try and make them as long and as juicy as possible.
I want to remind you that thoughts are part of meditation,
Thoughts will pop up.
I want to invite you to simply let them go when they come in,
Don't hold on to them,
Don't run off with the stories,
Just simply let them go and return back to your breath.
Continue to take deep long in and exhalations,
And on every exhale,
Relax your body a little bit more.
Starting at your feet,
Relaxing your feet,
Relaxing your ankles,
Relaxing your shins and your calf muscles,
Relaxing your kneecaps and the backs of your knees,
Your thighs and your hamstrings,
Relax your glutes and your hips,
Relax your stomach and your lower back,
Relax your chest and your upper back,
Relax your collarbone and your shoulders,
Feel them melting away,
Relax the tops of your arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms and your hands,
Let go of any tension that you have in your body,
Relax your neck,
Your skull and your face,
Your entire body should feel relaxed,
Tension free and comfortable.
Taking a big deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your nose.
I want you to tap into that abundant feeling deep within you,
Deep at your very core.
Starting at the very core of your belly,
Feel what it feels like to be abundant in every area of your life.
Abundant in your workspace,
Abundant in your finances,
Abundant in your relationships,
Your health and within your soul.
Feel at the very core of your being what that feels like,
Let it permeate,
Feel what it feels like.
Now I want you to feel that abundant feeling slowly expand from your belly upward toward your chest and down toward your legs.
Feel that feeling pulsating from the very core of your being,
It is your birthright to feel this abundance.
You can tap into it whenever you like,
Be mindful of your thoughts,
If they pop in and say you are not worthy of abundance,
Let that old story melt away and return to your breath.
Feel that feeling continuing to rise up your body and down your legs,
Down toward your knees,
Over your shins and out your feet.
Continue to move that feeling up your body,
Toward your chest,
Over your shoulders and down your arms.
Continue it up your neck,
Over your face and out the very tip of your head.
Feel with every cell in your entire body what it feels like to be abundant in all areas of your life.
Let that pulse through your veins,
Let it swim through your body,
Stay connected to that feeling,
Don't go off with your thoughts,
Stay with that feeling.
Keep breathing deeply in and out.
Inhale the abundance,
Exhale the fear.
Don't go off with the stories,
Keep feeling it pulsing through every single cell in your entire body.
It is your birthright to feel abundant in all areas of your life,
It is not reserved for some people,
It is everybody's birthright,
Especially yours.
Starting at your head,
Feel that abundant feeling trickling down like glitter,
Falling on top of your head.
Trickling down over your eyes,
Over your cheeks,
Over your lips,
Your chin,
Your neck and your shoulders.
Down your chest and tops of your arms,
Over your ribs and elbows,
Over your stomach and forearms,
Over your lower abdomen and your hands.
Over your buttocks and hips,
Over your thighs and hamstrings,
Over the front and backs of your knees,
Over your shins and calf muscles,
Over your ankles and down and out your feet.
Feel that abundant feeling you deserve trickling through your blood,
Trickling through every cell in your entire body.
Taking a big deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your nose.
Taking another big deep breath in through your nose and on the exhale feel that fear melt away.
Feel that abundant feeling permeating through your entire body,
This is your birthright.
Take this feeling out into the world with you,
Whenever lack or fear presents itself to you,
Simply return back to this beautiful abundant feeling that you just tapped into.
Taking one more big deep breath in and slowly exhale.
And when you're ready you can slowly start to open your eyes very gently,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Take this beautiful feeling out into your day with you.
