Get in a comfortable position either cross-legged sitting on the floor or sitting upright in a chair.
Make sure your shoulders are down and relaxed,
Your palms facing upward in your lap or on your thighs.
Your chin should be tucked in and your eyes closed.
Make sure your lips are softly touching.
Taking a big deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your nose.
Taking another big deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your nose.
Taking another big deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your nose.
Remember thoughts are part of meditation.
Every time a thought pops into your head just simply gently let it go.
Try not to buy into the story or run off with the story.
Just simply let it go and come back to your breath.
That's all you have to do.
You might do this every two seconds and that's okay.
The more and more you practice this the longer those gaps will get.
Let go of any distractions or outside noises.
Just simply let them go.
I want you to visualize in your mind how you want your life to look.
How do your relationships look?
How do you feel in your relationships?
What are some of the things you're doing?
Now think about your partner.
Visualize your relationship with your partner.
How does that look?
How do you feel?
Visualize your home environment.
How does that look?
And how does that feel when you're in that environment?
When you think about your health visualize how your health looks and how you want that to feel.
Do you want to feel fit,
Strong and powerful?
Keep connecting with the feelings.
Now think about your career,
Your dream job,
Your work.
Visualize what you want this to look like,
How many hours a week you want to work,
Where you want to work,
How you want to feel,
Who you want to surround you,
What the environment looks like,
Where you're located and how you want to feel.
Take a moment now to sit with that.
When you think about your life visualize how you want that to look.
How you would like to feel every single day when you wake up.
How do you want to feel every night when you put your head on the pillow?
With the people you surround yourself with how do you want to feel?
Connect with the feelings,
Not the thoughts.
Keep connecting with the feeling.
It's beautiful to visualize how you want your day to pan out but to not get too caught up in your head in the visualization.
It's simply a quick projection.
Then come back to being present.
Make sure your visualizations are in alignment with your purpose and passion and vision and mission.
If it's not,
Let it go.
You don't need to hold on to it.
Dream big.
Visualize big things.
You are worthy and you are deserving.
Dream as big as you can.
Visualize as big as you can.
Nothing is too big.
You are worthy of all the greatness,
Success,
Happiness and love in the world.
Now own it.
Really start to live it.
Taking a big deep breath in through your nose and on the exhale keep that visualization in your mind.
And another big deep breath in through your nose.
On the exhale keep that visualization in your mind.
Take one more deep inhale and on the exhale crystal clear vision in your mind's eye.
Every morning when you wake up connect with that visualization and then go about your day creating the day and life of your dreams.
