Welcome.
Please sit down and take place.
Either it's laying down or seated in lotus position with your spine straight.
Find a position that is comfortable for you and let's get started.
Whenever you're comfortable and feeling safe,
I want to invite you to close your eyes and just take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathe in and breathe out.
One last time.
Deep breath in through the nose and out.
Sigh it out.
I want you to release all the tension from your body of the day,
Of the day,
Of the week.
You can start from the tip of your head,
Scanning down your body,
Loosening up bit by bit your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your mouth,
Your jaw,
The back of your head,
Your neck and shoulders,
Your arms and hands,
Going up through your chest.
Relax your chest,
Your thorax.
Relax your hips,
Going down through your legs,
To your ankles and feet.
Take one more deep breath in and sigh it out.
I want you to start focusing on the breath and the air that goes through your nose,
All the way through your neck,
Through your throat,
Through your throat,
Into your lungs.
Now the air makes the same movement up,
Decompressing the chest and going once more through the throat,
Through the mouth.
Just observe the breath.
You don't have to change the breath.
Take a moment to observe your body.
How is it feeling today?
Your beautiful container.
Tune in with your heart.
You can put both hands in front of your heart,
On top of your heart space,
And tune in how your heart is feeling today.
Take another deep breath in and release through the mouth.
I want you to place both hands on top of your womb space,
Three fingers underneath the belly button.
Again,
Feel the warmth of your hands and ask your womb space,
How are you feeling today?
Deep breath in and out.
Once we've connected,
Once we've connected more consciously,
More softly with our body,
I want to invite you to an imagination exercise,
Visualization.
I want you to visualize yourself walking in a forest.
You are bare feet,
But you're walking on top of soft soil and earth and moss.
There is a little breeze,
A little breeze,
Summer breeze flowing through the trees,
But it's nice,
Nice and warm outside.
You're feeling the temperature on your skin.
You are hearing the birds chirp,
And the wind rattle through the leaves of the tree.
You keep on walking through this forest that feels so familiar,
That feels so safe.
You're just wandering around,
Observing all the beauty around you.
Just like that,
Before you start forming a path,
A clear path,
It's like you're being invited to walk through that path.
You step forward,
Start walking.
You just walk two,
Three,
Four,
Five steps forward when you notice a beautiful,
Huge tree in front of you.
This tree looks like it has been here forever,
For thousands of years.
It's full of wisdom,
Knows a lot about this earth,
About this forest.
You come closer to this tree,
And you see that actually there is a door inside the tree,
In the tree bark,
That is inviting you to open it.
You feel safe enough,
And you trust this forest,
You trust this tree to walk forward into the door.
You open the door,
And you see that once you're inside the tree,
There is a stairway going down.
So you just proceed to walk on the stairs,
Trusting that it will lead you to somewhere beautiful.
So you put some steps down the stairs,
Down the stairs,
You go down the tree,
You go walking step by step,
Until you see another door,
A beautiful wooden artisan-made door with a golden handle.
And behind this door there is something very special,
You can feel it.
There is warmth and a sense of joy that illuminates from this door.
So without hesitation you grab the handle and just open the door to see what's behind it.
And once you open the door,
Open the door,
And immense white bright light starts shining through.
You cannot see anything more than the bright light,
But you step into it anyway,
Into the room,
Into the space behind the door.
Once you're inside,
You start to see what's in it,
The light dims,
And you come into this room,
Into this reality that has been waiting for you to be discovered.
This is a room filled with all the things you love,
All the things that are perfectly perfectly selected for you,
All the furniture,
And the smell,
And the colors,
And the textures,
And the flavors of all the food that is waiting for you.
It's exactly what you've been dreaming about,
Exactly what you love,
Exactly what makes you you.
You proceed to go and walk around this room as you spark so much curiosity and inspiration from everything that you see around you.
All the books,
All the images,
And the paintings,
There's even soft music playing in the background.
And you start to notice that there's also people in this room.
You are not alone here.
The most inspiring people to you are here.
Some of them are really close to you,
And important to you.
Other people you don't know,
But still feel a great connection to.
And keep wandering around this room,
And you see,
Feel deep inside of you that this reality exists.
That all of this is possible for you.
That you deserve to have all of this in your life.
You feel so grateful,
And so blessed to be able to experience this feeling,
This feeling of abundance,
Of expansion,
This total awe of life.
You feel so alive right now,
And this life right here,
Is supporting you in the highest way possible.
So take a look at this reality.
How does it feel?
How does it look like to be here?
How does your version look like in this reality?
Once you start getting a sense of grip of everything in this reality,
You know it's time to go back.
You know that you can access this reality anytime you want.
It will always be here for you.
So you proceed back to the door,
Take a deep breath in,
And out.
Thank everyone and everything,
And you close the door.
You walk back up the stairs,
Within the tree,
And you once back get out of the first door in the tree,
To come back into the forest.
Little by little,
You come back in,
And you close the door.
Little by little,
You come back to your body,
Start feeling back your body,
Your hands,
You can wiggle them,
Your toes.
Take one more deep breath in,
And out,
And once you're ready,
Open your eyes to the room you are in.
