You are going to need it and you are getting both core And booty in today's exercise.
So grab your mat and let's get to it Okay right away.
Let's put our resistant band on over the top of the knees I want you to think of even though we're going to do a lot of booty stuff today You are engaging that core and those abs the entire time so you're getting kind of the best of both worlds We're going to move through some squat Steps here.
So begin to lower down into your squat Step over keeping resistance on those bands Inhale up engage the core Exhale lower move over to the side Inhale stand exhale lower keeping Resistance on those bands.
Let's go You've got just a few more of these you can do it And one more to the other side Beautiful come through stand in your middle now come up to a stand reset toes,
Lay out And let's come down into a squat pulse We're here for five four three two one stand up tall engage the core big breath in Exhale lower pulse Inhale up extend engage the core pulse Two more just like this We're pulsing for five Then we stand Pulse for five more really use the knees to open up through that resistance band Beautiful come all the way up Bring your feet slightly together.
We're just going to move through some side Hip outer hip work some booty work some core,
Of course So find a spot to gaze at You can use a wall here if you need to and you're just going to open up to the side bring it in Open In keep going Beautiful you've got five more Engage that core And now behind you So again,
This might be where a chair or a wall come in handy but engage that core And it should help you to find some balance You got five more Beautiful let's go to the other side Reset find your alignment here And let's go to the opposite side And don't forget to smile if it burns Amazing to the back Use the core to find your balance find some stability Beautiful last little set here just some squats come down low engage the core stand up And this is your final set you have got this Use your resistance band And let's go a little faster Not forgetting about that in core engaged And last one you've got this And Amazing job you guys I am so proud of you You can do this one for one two three more rounds if you'd like You can incorporate this with any of the other booty or core exercises until next time
