Do social situations or difficult conversations make you run for the hills? It's valid to feel this way -- we've all been there (at least, I have). But I don't want you to be stuck there. You deserve to feel calmer, more grounded in your body, and enjoy connecting with whoever you're talking to. So in today's guided meditation, I'm leading you through a little trick of mine -- focusing on attention on our hands and feet when things get a little stressful.
