Welcome.

Thank you for joining this meditation session designed to help you overcome heartbreak.

Heartbreak is a common experience that can leave us feeling lost,

Hurt,

And vulnerable.

It can be caused by a variety of reasons,

The end of a relationship,

Betrayal,

Loss of loved ones,

Or even unmet expectations.

Whatever the cause may be,

Know that you are not alone in your pain.

This session aims to guide you through a process of healing and moving forward from the heartbreak.

With time and self-care,

You will emerge stronger and wiser from this difficult experience.

Make sure you are in a comfortable,

Quiet place where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in any position that feels comfortable for you.

Begin by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly through your nose,

Releasing any tension you may be holding onto.

Imagine a warm wave of relaxation flowing over your body,

Starting from the top of your head and gradually moving downwards.

As this wave passes over your forehead,

Feel the tension in your muscles relaxing.

Now,

The wave moves to your eyes,

Your nose,

Your cheeks,

And your jaw,

Releasing any tightness as it goes.

The wave of relaxation continues down your neck and into your shoulders,

Flowing down your arms to your fingertips.

Feel your shoulders and arms becoming heavy.

And arms becoming heavy and relaxed.

Next,

The wave moves to your chest and stomach,

Soothing and calming with every breath you take.

Let this sensation continue down your back and shoulders,

Releasing any tension from your spine.

And finally,

The wave moves to your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

And calves.

And now reaching your feet and toes.

To deepen this relaxation,

I will now count down from 10 to 1.

With each number,

Allow yourself to drift deeper into a peaceful state.

8 10 Feeling more relaxed.

9 Letting go of any remaining tension.

8 Deeper and deeper.

7 Sinking into calmness.

6 Feeling safe and secure.

5 Halfway there.

4 Feeling more and more relaxed.

3 Almost there.

2 Deeper still.

1 Now you're completely relaxed.

And now that you are deeply relaxed,

I want you to visualize a safe,

Comfortable space.

It could be a beach,

A forest,

Or any place where you feel serene and at peace.

As you explore this safe space,

Remind yourself that it is okay to feel sad and grieve your heartbreak.

These feelings are natural and part of your healing process.

Allow yourself to take in the details of this place.

Notice the sounds,

The smells,

And the colors that surround you.

Imagine a beautiful,

Glowing light around your heart.

This light represents love,

Compassion,

And healing.

Feel its warmth.

Feel its warmth.

Feel its warmth.

Feel its warmth enveloping you,

Soothing your pain,

And slowly healing your broken heart.

With each breath you take,

This light becomes stronger and brighter,

Filling you with a sense of love and peace.

Picture this light expanding throughout your entire body,

Reaching every corner of your being,

Washing away the hurt and replacing it with tranquility and hope.

As this light continues to grow,

Transforming your pain into strength,

Set an intention for your healing journey.

This could be to find peace,

To rediscover joy,

Or to open your heart to love again.

Embrace this intention,

Letting it guide you forward with purpose and resilience.

You are creating a new path for yourself,

Marked by strength,

Wisdom,

And a renewed sense of self-love.

Repeat the following affirmations silently in your mind.

Let their meaning resonate within you.

I am worthy of love and happiness.

My heartbreak is temporary and will pass.

I am strong and capable of healing.

I am open to new beginnings and possibilities.

I trust the process of my healing.

Love and peace fills my heart and mind.

I release the past and embrace the present.

I am surrounded by support and understanding.

Every day I grow stronger and more resilient.

I deserve to be loved and to feel joy.

In a moment,

I will count from one to five,

And with each number,

You will gradually return to your normal waking state,

Feeling refreshed and renewed.

One,

Becoming aware of your surroundings.

Two,

Feeling more awake.

Three,

Taking a deep breath in.

Four,

Exhale gently,

Moving your fingers and toes.

Five,

Taking a deep breath out.

Six,

Open your eyes,

Fully awake and alert.
