Beautiful soul,

To Meditation Haven and this Crown Chakra Yoga Nidra,

A rejuvenating guided sleep meditation to manifest and connect with divine bliss before unwinding into your most restorative rest.

My name is Sonya and I warmly invite you back to Meditation Haven,

Your space to heal,

Manifest and ascend.

For along this most replenishing journey for your entire auric field,

You will be supported in bringing your subtle energetic body into alignment with the highest universal frequencies.

Because the Crown Chakra,

Or Sahasrara Chakra in ancient Sanskrit,

Is an energy vortex of bliss,

Enlightenment and pure divine love.

Sahasrara means thousand-petalled lotus,

And as your guide,

It is my intention that you emerge from this meditation with a thousand-fold feeling of inner contentment with who you are.

And loving your unique journey in this life,

With a strong sense of self,

And yet also a deep oneness with all that is.

Wonderful telepathic abilities,

Divine insights and wonderful synchronicities can arise from your Crown Chakra,

Your channel to the cosmos.

So dear soul,

As we prepare for Yoga Nidra,

Know that this is a journey of the mind and body,

And you are both the practitioner and the observer,

As my voice is simply a guide in your awareness.

So let's get comfortable,

Lie back or recline however feels best for you,

Perhaps outstretched in Shavasana,

Elongating your spine and neck,

Palms facing farther sky,

Or in any position which simply feels good for you at this time,

Creating your space for deep restorative rest.

Relax your brow,

As your eyes rest gently closed.

Unlock your jaw,

And let your belly drop down.

The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head,

A little above,

Like a crown,

Radiating upward.

So let's relax the facial muscles,

And the back of the neck,

To become a conduit of light,

The vessel of love and bliss,

Which you truly are.

And within this mode of yogic healing rest,

We focus on ease,

Allowing the self to find its best comfort in this practice,

And effortlessly leaving out everything else that does not resonate.

As you settle in,

Let's perform a mudra or finger pose to cultivate awareness.

The prana mudra,

The mudra of life,

Helps improve mental clarity.

To create the prana mudra,

Simply bring the tips of your fourth finger and little finger to your thumbs.

That's it,

Fourth and fifth fingers to your thumbs.

Gently hold this mudra as you breathe,

And feel your pranic energy.

Breathe in through the nose for a count of three,

And out for a count of six.

Beautiful.

Take some more breaths in this way.

Three counts in,

Six counts out,

As you begin to surrender all tension.

That's right.

Each and every deepening breath nourishes your nervous system,

And gives you full permission to rest and restore here and now.

And as you breathe with ease within calm observation,

The mind unwinds too,

Unravelling as unwanted thoughts spontaneously begin to float away,

Dissolving the matrix,

Taking your observing self more and more into a purity of existence.

You may now let the prana mudra go now,

If you so wish,

And rest your fingers and hands in any way which is comfortable,

As you now relax deeper,

With all parts of your being.

During this nidra,

We will move consciousness to the top of the head,

Where one experiences only bliss,

There is nothing else.

You no longer feel any duality,

Any sense of conflict or separation.

You feel totally connected and at one with everything.

You feel so blissful.

And this bliss state is potent for manifestation as you can imagine,

For when we feel wholly aligned with our desires,

This energy transmits and attracts so powerfully.

So in all relaxing deepening awareness,

Bring your focus to your sankalpa,

Your inner personal goal that you presently wish to manifest in your life.

Be aware of what this sankalpa looks like to you.

In the mind's eye,

You may visualise this,

Or feel something of a sense of what form this soul goal takes.

It may be vague and gently materialising,

Or vividly clear,

Either way is absolutely perfect.

So create a phrase of pure intention,

Something simple in the present tense to state your sankalpa.

And when your phrase is ready,

Just repeat it quietly now in your mind,

Three times.

And simply feel all of that intention resonating with the light and warmth of emotions.

And within your deeper consciousness,

Allowing your deeper activations.

And now see space for this in your life,

And how the fulfilment of your sankalpa enhances not only your life,

But the life experience of others.

The immense flow on effect is beyond our comprehension,

But we can imagine this for the cosmos to conspire for us,

And for the greater collective.

As you empower your crown chakra,

Your desires will manifest with pure ease,

In your spirit of oneness.

And feel the sense of this in your crown space,

However much you value this awakening of your divine energy.

Also feeling into the visceral space,

That this sankalpa is more and more congruent to your higher self,

And totally aligned to your soul.

And you may intuitively sense that this energetic awakening is right now enabling you to be the best person you can be.

In the velvety darkness of the void,

A starscape lights up,

Illuminating an image of you manifesting this important worthy goal right now.

A galaxy of stars flickering in alignment with your sankalpa,

And receiving all of the subtle warmth that activates from this starlight in your body.

Will you remember that this starlight is you,

And you are the starlight?

And feeling so grateful for how and when this universal energy materializes in your life.

Achieving this goal of sankalpa's positive life intention is absolutely achievable for you.

It belongs to you,

And it is manifesting right now.

So allow yourself to inhale a big replenishing breath,

And exhale with ease.

Sending your sankalpa off into the aether of the cosmos now,

It is done,

And will come into your life experience in divine right timing.

So through bringing your energy up to your crown chakra,

You sense yourself moving into a different way of being.

Your ascension portal is now open.

We will do some cellular healing and an awakening of your DNA to nurture your body into alignment with your exponential spiritual growth here and now.

So allow your awareness to shift towards your resting vessel,

It beams out to create a huge and beautiful lotus flower as big as the room.

Your sacred flower of light is the Sahasrara,

The thousand petaled lotus.

Glowing here against the darkness of the cosmos.

This immense and mystical flower is unfurling its thousand petals and welcoming you into its folds with pure oneness.

You are the lotus and it is you.

As you shift your entire consciousness into its soft petals of velvety love.

And you bask here in the bliss of it all.

As you play and roll about and twirl between the cushiony petals.

You are as a baby reborn of pure joy,

Relishing this celestial bliss.

While you are luxuriating here in your velvety violet Sahasrara.

You may ask any questions you have to your lotus,

This manifestation of your eternal higher self.

And instantly you hear the responses telepathically in your mind.

And you may see visions in your mind's eye or get something of a sense of a feeling.

Any which way the answers resonate is absolutely perfect.

And as you ask each question your lotus glows with violet light like phosphorescent algae.

Each time it answers you shining with the prana of pure creation.

And your entire being is fully aware of the loving guidance that is always around you and within you.

As you surrender to this wisdom ask your questions now and you shall receive answers in pure resonance with the divine.

And you know that this divine oneness and awareness is always here within you.

Resting in your auric field ready for you to call upon or tap into any time you wish.
