Welcome to Meditation Haven and this guided mindfulness experience.
During this 10 minute meditation we will focus on being mindful,
Feeling that contentment and awareness of being completely present right now.
You may thank yourself for investing your time in receiving the infinite benefits of Find a comfortable place where you can simply be with your own energy.
You may wish to sit or lie down.
Whether opened or closed,
Just allow the little muscles around your eyes to relax and your jaw to loosen up.
Any thoughts in your mind at this point,
Just observe them as if from a distance.
Now focus on your breathing,
Becoming aware of the still space in between your breaths.
Just relax as you breathe in and out with the natural rhythms of your body.
Breathe in through your nose for a count of four and out for a count of six.
If thoughts arise,
See them as colourful clouds,
As separate from you and let them go.
Allow them to continue to arise,
As they then drift apart and float away.
And now you are present.
You are content in your energy field,
Because you are in control of your thoughts.
They may be created by you,
But they do not own you.
You control them.
You can acknowledge that they are simply that,
Just thoughts.
And let them go,
To drift away with the breeze,
With ease.
Become conscious of the energies circulating within you.
Feel the surface supporting you and the position of your body.
Feel the temperature of the space you are in.
So much space all around you.
Tighten your awareness to any colours you can see,
Or fragrances around you.
Notice the vibrations in the sounds you are hearing.
Spend some moments simply being,
Simply breathing.
Your awareness of all that is within you,
And all around you right now,
Is enough and it is perfect.
Content with simply being,
As you rest in your energy field.
You are enough.
You are now in the mindful present.
Your present moment.
Of stillness,
Of calm,
Of peace.
When you are ready,
You may gently expand your awareness into the room.
You may feel content that this mindfulness meditation is here for you to revisit any time you wish.
