Let's take a deep breath in through our nose,
Filling our lungs completely.
Let's hold for just a moment,
And now exhale slowly through your mouth.
Inhale deeply,
Hold,
And exhale.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
As you're breathing,
Notice how it feels as you inhale and exhale.
As you breathe in,
Imagine drawing in positivity and light.
As you breathe out,
Let go of any tension or negativity that may be lingering in your mind.
With each breath,
You are creating space for clarity.
Now,
Imagine a beautiful,
Serene landscape,
A place where you feel completely at ease.
This could be a tranquil beach,
A peaceful forest,
Or a cozy room filled with a soft light.
Imagine this image to fill your mind.
Now,
In this peaceful setting,
Imagine a gentle light beginning to form right in front of you.
This light represents clarity.
As the light grows brighter,
Feel it illuminating your thoughts,
Helping you to see your goals and desires more clearly.
What does this clarity look like for you?
What do you truly want to manifest in your life?
How does it feel as you embrace this clarity?
As you are visualizing your intentions,
See them vividly in your mind's eye.
Feel the excitement and the joy that comes with this clarity.
You are empowered to create this reality.
When you're ready,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your breath,
Inhaling deeply and exhaling fully.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And finally,
Gently open your eyes.
We're back.
