Welcome to this kick-ass guided meditation designed to help you unleash your inner superhero.

Get comfy,

Close your eyes,

And take a deep breath in.

Let's get ready to rock this.

First things first,

Let's get grounded.

Imagine you've got roots growing from you,

Anchoring you to the ground.

Yes,

You are that solid.

Feel the earth holding you up because you are a force of nature.

Now let's focus on our breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose like you're smelling your favorite pizza.

Hold it for a second.

Then exhale through your mouth like you're blowing out birthday candles.

Let's repeat that.

Keep it going,

Letting each breath chill you out and center you along the way.

Picture a light,

An amazing light inside you.

It glows brighter and brighter with every breath you take.

This light is your inner rock star,

Your untamed confidence,

Your unstoppable strength.

Watch it grow until you're practically glowing like a superhero ready to save the day.

It's time to pump ourselves up with some badass affirmations.

Repeat these after me and mean them when you say them.

Say them loud and say them proud.

I am a force to be reckoned with.

I am confident.

I crush challenges like a boss.

My inner power is unstoppable.

Think back to all the times that you have been a total badass.

Remember those challenges you've faced and conquered like a champ?

Feel that pride.

You have been awesome before and you will be awesome again.

Now let's get physical.

Sit up straight,

Shoulders back,

Chest out.

Feel the power in this posture.

Imagine strutting through life like a rooster with this badass energy,

Handling everything like the rock star you are.

And if you didn't know it,

Meditation isn't just for monks on mountaintops.

It is your secret weapon for tapping into your inner badass by chilling your mind and focusing on positive vibes.

You align your thoughts and emotions with your true awesomeness.

This practice clears out the mental junk,
