Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

You can listen to this meditation while you're studying or if you like,

Close your eyes.

Get yourself in a comfortable position and breathe.

Take a moment to deepen your breath,

Really feel your breath and understand that your breath has the power to shift your state of being.

So slowing down the breath and bringing all of your attention and your focus to your breath.

Making it the only thing that matters right now.

And giving yourself permission to be as present as possible,

Surrendering,

Allowing and just embracing it.

We are now going to invite a beautiful white and soft blue light shine above your head and surrounding you.

Swirling around you,

Moving around you and gently removing any heaviness,

Toxicity,

Negativity,

Anything that makes you feel down and heavy.

Think of it as an energetic shower as this beautiful pure white and light blue energy cleanses the room that you're in,

Your aura.

Removing any lower frequencies that surround you.

Allowing you to feel a little lighter and a little more open.

And inviting now this white light into your third eye,

So merging into your forehead.

Entering your mind and connecting to your mind.

This energy and this frequency is designed to help you clear out the chaos,

The heaviness,

The anxiety,

The stress,

The negativity and uplift your mind.

Allowing you to heighten your frequency so that you can tap into your flow state,

Your genius state.

But first,

Let's become aware of the thoughts that are holding you down,

Holding you heavy,

Causing you stress and anxiety.

And even if you're not quite sure exactly what those thoughts are,

Just picture them as little black dots in your mind.

And if you are aware of them,

Allow them to come to the surface.

And just observing,

Building self-awareness and noticing.

And asking yourself,

Where did you create these thoughts?

Did you create them?

Did someone pass them on to you?

Maybe it's from expectations from yourself or others or society.

Now these thoughts can only have power if you believe them.

These thoughts can only have power if you feed them.

And so would you like to release them?

And if so,

Say now.

I now declare my mind to be free of these thoughts,

These energies and these beliefs.

I gently,

Lovingly release them.

And now visualize these dark energies gently leaving your mind.

Being gently removed one by one.

Dark bubbles or energy balls being released.

Emptying your mind,

Opening your mind and creating space.

Returning the energies back where they came from.

And now we invite your higher self and your higher mind to be activated.

And replacing the dark energies with white energy.

These are empowering thoughts,

Self-soothing thoughts,

Self-serving,

Loving,

Supportive.

Now if you know those thoughts once again,

Embrace them.

And if not,

Just visualize beautiful white energies being placed in your mind and just feeling the peace,

The support and trusting the process.

Trusting that these energies are here to support you in your studies,

To support you in this process.

To help you feel empowered,

To give you clarity and to allow you to sync up to your flow state.

And while this is taking place,

Now invite that beautiful light blue energy to enter the top of your head and swirl around your spine.

It gives you a cooling and soothing feeling.

This is mixing in with your nervous system.

Rewiring and reprogramming your nervous system.

Allowing you to feel calm,

Relaxed,

Safe,

Protected and guided.

Soothing your body,

Your muscles,

Every inch of you.

Creating an inner environment that is powerful.

And now bringing your focus back to your breath.

Making that your only focus and trusting that these energies are healing your mind,

Your body and your energy.

And before we close this meditation,

I want you to think of an affirmation,

A self-empowering thought that can help you through your studies.

That can help you build confidence.

And this is something that you are going to have to find for yourself.

So we are now going to ask your higher self and your higher mind to reveal that affirmation.

Trust what you hear.

Are you ready?

Dear higher self and dear mind,

Reveal to me an affirmation that will empower me.

That will allow me to feel safe.

That will give me power under pressure.

But above all,

That will allow me to show up for myself when I need it most.

It's time to come back now,

So thank the beautiful white and light blue energy.

And when you are ready,

Slowly,

Slowly expanding your awareness back into your body.

Take your time.

And when it feels right,

Open your eyes.
