Hello everyone,
Welcome.
Get yourself in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Let it all go.
One more time,
Take a deep breath in and release.
Last one,
Deep breath in and let it all go.
Just taking a moment to connect to our breath and to connect to ourselves.
Today's meditation is designed to help you deal with stress and feeling overwhelmed.
Life at times can be too much.
So many things are happening at once,
Outside of you,
Around you and within you.
And it can be very difficult to trust the process,
To see with clarity and to make decisions that are in your highest and greatest alignment.
When we are stressed,
We feel an intense sense of pressure.
We cannot see clearly,
We cannot make decisions with clarity and therefore this is often the time when we make things worse.
And so it's important to take a moment,
To take a breather,
To quiet down everything,
To shut down the outside world and go within and listen.
Pay attention to yourself,
Make yourself priority,
Your needs,
Your emotions and your desires.
When we do this,
We shift our frequency,
We empower ourselves and we bring in clarity,
Allowing us to make the right decisions,
Allowing us to move forward with confidence.
And so just taking a moment to check in with yourself and your body,
Just noticing where you are holding the tension right now.
Maybe in your chest,
Your neck,
Your head,
Your shoulders.
Just take a moment to scan your body and when you find that tension,
Just release it.
Tell your body,
Let go,
Relax,
It's okay,
You're safe now.
And once again,
Invite in that breath to assist you in the releasing of this tension,
Breathing in and letting go.
And when you get overwhelmed,
What is the story that you tell yourself over and over again?
For instance,
You could be telling yourself that it is too much and that you cannot manage this,
That you don't know what to do,
That you're confused,
That you're not capable of handling it.
Whatever it may be,
Hear the message that you've been telling yourself over and now Now I want you to see this message as an energy or a tension in your mind,
As if there is like an electric frequency that lives in that part of your brain.
And once again,
Inviting in that breath and on the out breath,
Just release that tension in your mind,
That thought.
And I want you to talk to this thought as if you were talking to someone else.
And I want you to say to that thought,
You only feel overwhelmed right now.
This will pass.
This story does not serve me.
This story is one of many possibilities.
I choose a story that empowers me,
That gives me clarity,
And that allows me to move through life with ease,
Peacefully.
I want you now to finish the sentence.
This is my new story.
And say what your new story is.
Your new story is that you are capable,
That everything works out in your favor,
That you know when to take a breather and step back,
And that even though you may feel overwhelmed,
You can take your power back at any moment,
That there is enough time,
That you are capable,
Strong,
And that you have done it before and you will do it again.
We now call forth the assistance of your guides,
Your angels,
And your higher self to channel down a calm,
Loving,
Warm,
Peaceful frequency.
And just above your head,
You are going to feel this beautiful,
Soft blue and white light.
This beautiful,
Calming,
Inviting light.
If you like,
You can picture it as a beautiful cloud just surrounding you,
Releasing that tension and stress,
And as you breathe in,
You breathe in this light,
This frequency,
Moving through your body,
Entering your nervous system and cooling down your nerves,
Entering your mind and clearing the channels within your mind that need clarity,
Direction,
And your heart,
Soothing your heart with the peace and any other part of your body that needs this frequency and support right now.
And as you allow this healing to take place,
I want you to think about something.
Whenever we feel stressed,
We always have a choice,
And there are always two outcomes.
One,
We go through life in a high,
Tense,
Frustrated energy,
And often times we still land and achieve what we desire,
But unfortunately throughout the process,
We caused chaos within and around us.
The second option is that we become aware of the chaos,
And regardless of what is happening around us,
We choose to stop,
Ask what we need,
And slow down,
Choose peaceful,
Loving thoughts instead.
And therefore,
We land and achieve our goals without having caused any more trauma or stress within and around us.
And just noticing any thoughts that are coming up,
If there is still any tension or any stress,
And this is your opportunity now to self-soothe,
If this was a friend telling themselves these things,
What would you tell them to come,
How would you support them,
Now say this to yourself.
If you like,
Just take a moment to hug yourself,
It's important to do this,
We underestimate the power of self-love,
And as silly as it may sound or feel,
Trust me,
You are going to feel better.
In the end,
If you can learn to shower yourself with the love and support that you really need,
You can really transform your life.
Thanking your guides,
Your higher self and your angels for their support,
For their love,
For their healing.
And remember,
Throughout your day,
If you feel stressed,
Take a moment forth this frequency to assist you and remind yourself of your choice.
