Hello and welcome.
When you're ready,
Get yourself comfortable.
You can either sit up straight,
Or lie down.
Close your eyes.
Dive deep.
Let go.
And begin to follow your breath.
It.
And out.
And with each breath.
I invite you to just become aware.
Of your surroundings,
The temperature of the air.
Your clothes and slowly,
Slowly quietening down the outside world.
Diving deeper into the inside world.
Focusing on your breath.
Focusing on your heartbeat,
On your energy.
And now just paying attention to the mind.
Is it drifting?
Is it trying to escape this moment?
Or is it present?
There is no right or wrong.
It is what it is.
But I invite you to bring it back to the breath,
Back to the present moment if you can.
Just focusing on the cool air entering your nostrils and the warm air exiting.
Do this for a few breaths.
And if the mind wanders,
Just bring it back.
Back to the breath.
Back to the moment.
And now I want you to instruct your mind,
Literally speak to your mind and say,
Mind.
I invite you in this moment to relax,
To feel safe and to let go.
I need your assistance today to help me feel calm and present.
Thank you.
And then return back to the breath.
Back to the moment,
Back to the stillness.
And now we're going to awaken intentional breathing.
So,
On the in-breath,
I want you to think of an energy,
A color,
Or a word.
For example,
A white light,
The word peace,
Or just a calm frequency.
Whatever works best for you.
And so when you breathe in,
You're going to breathe in this intention.
And then on the out breath,
You're going to release something,
A dark energy,
Stress,
Fear,
Whatever it may be.
I like to visualize white light entering my body and a black cloud leaving.
Representing anything and all that does not serve me at this time.
And so when you're ready,
Slowing the breath even more,
Going even deeper and breathing in that intention.
And then on the out-breath,
Let it all go.
Do this for a few more breaths.
Just becoming aware.
Notice if your mind is slowing down.
Notice if your body is receiving this information.
Amazing.
And now I want you to begin to become aware.
Of the energies around your body.
Your aura.
Air,
Whatever it is that your mind or you notice.
And once again,
We're going to call in that intentional energy,
That peaceful,
Calm,
Tranquil energy.
Beginning to visualize a soft blue light surround your body now from head to toe.
Very soothing.
Very nurturing and very calm.
And as this light surrounds you,
It begins to form gentle waves of energy,
Creating a that is slowing down your energy and the frequencies around you.
Gentle,
Calm.
Allowing you to relax even more now.
Every muscle in your bone just melting.
All of that tension and anxiety gone.
There is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to be.
Just feeling calmer and calmer and safer and safer in this moment.
Allowing yourself now to gently float.
In this energy,
In this moment.
Your body feels lighter and lighter like a feather.
And now breathing in this beautiful blue frequency.
And so on the in-breath,
Seeing it moving down your throat,
Entering your lungs,
And wrapping itself around your heart.
An immediate,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Calm hug from the universe.
Allowing your heart to find peace,
To find stillness.
Any pain,
Suffering or heaviness gently and slowly is being melted,
Released and detoxed out of your heart as you breathe out.
This is just taking you to another level of relaxation,
Allowing not just your body,
But your emotions.
Finding that peace.
Finding.
That stillness.
And now seeing this beautiful blue energy traveling through your body,
Entering every muscle,
Every bone.
Particles of this light begin to connect to every cell in your body.
And now it moves down and it wraps itself around your spine,
Entering the center of your spine.
Even more peace and stillness.
Not only that,
But now it enters your nervous system.
Spreading like the roots of a tree to every part of you.
And just beginning to see this blue energy pulsate in your nervous system.
Calming and soothing,
Loving and nurturing.
Allowing you now to enter the perfect state of peace and presence.
And now inviting this energy to heal your nervous system.
Anything that has put you in fear or anxiety now is being gently healed and rewired.
You now have permission to be in your ultimate state of being in a creative state.
A state where you feel free,
You feel connected and divinely protected.
You are ready now to receive the love,
The blessings and the light.
And so now above you seeing this beautiful divine light from the realms above,
From the heavens,
Shine down upon you.
This energy is elevating your frequency and aligning you with the field of infinite possibilities,
Blessings,
Abundance and miracles.
This is celestial love completely surrounding you.
Feeling connected to something much bigger and much greater.
This energy also allows your spiritual team now to surround you and connect with you.
To send you that love,
That support and that light.
And as you are relaxed now,

And so just receiving all of this with an open heart.
