Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
When you are ready,
Get yourself in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and listen to my voice.
Today's meditation is designed to help you achieve,
Manifest,
Attract,
Overcome.
What is it that you need at this moment in your life?
What is going on?
Maybe you're in a healing phase or maybe you're trying to manifest something.
Whatever it is,
Today we are going to call for your spiritual team to assist you,
To guide you,
To give you synchronicities,
Messages,
Energies,
People,
Places and things that align with your intention.
And so let's begin by setting that intention.
Take a moment to really reflect upon that.
Make it one thing you can always come back to this meditation and use it again when your intention changes.
If you prefer,
Say it out loud,
I intend to and finish the sentence.
Have you found it?
Have you found it?
And now I want you to continue by saying,
I intend to finish the sentence.
In today's meditation,
I set the intention to call forth my guides,
My spiritual team to assist me in healing,
In manifesting and creating this intention in its highest and purest form.
And so activating that intention in your heart,
Activating that intention in your spirit,
In your body,
Calling it to you,
Inviting those energies,
Those frequencies to be active within your body,
Within your heart.
And how does this desire make you feel?
How does it make you feel physically,
Emotionally and energetically?
Just notice and trust your imagination.
Maybe you see colors.
Maybe you see that actual manifestation and you living it.
Maybe you see yourself being free from the pain and the suffering,
A dark energy gently being released.
Allow your imagination to guide you right now.
We now invite your spiritual team to present themselves.
And you see a beautiful,
Warm,
Golden white light shine above you.
Surrounding you from head to toe.
And as this light surrounds you,
You feel immediate support and love,
A shift in frequency,
An elevation,
An upgrade.
Immediate sense of clarity and your energy being cleansed and cleared from any blocks,
Any fears.
And now inviting this frequency to enter your heart,
Merging with your chest,
Activating more,
More energy and connecting you directly to your guides,
To your team.
Feeling the energy in your heart expanding,
Amplifying,
Opening up.
And allowing your spiritual team to hear your true intentions.
I invite my spiritual team and I give them permission to assist me,
To guide me,
To send energies,
People,
Places and things that align with this desire.
That help me manifest this desire.
I invite you now,
My dear team,
To shine your light upon me,
To guide me,
To amplify the wisdom that already lives within me and allow me to be a vessel of your wisdom,
Your light and your guidance.
Help me find clarity.
Help me find direction.
Allow me to find peace.
And just allowing that beautiful light to be activated,
To amplify,
To continue to cleanse and clear,
To heal.
And trusting any messages that you may receive at this time,
Just listen.
And slowly and gently now that beautiful light begins to fade away as it has completed its healing.
Taking a moment to thank your spiritual team,
It's healing.
Taking a moment to thank your spiritual team for showing up today,
For assisting you and for the guidance that you will receive.
And now taking a moment to say to yourself,
I am worthy.
I trust the process.
I free myself from my limited beliefs and I embrace the field of infinite possibilities.
And so it is.
Taking a moment of gratitude for today.
Taking a moment of gratitude for yourself and your spiritual team.
And so it's time now to return.
Gently returning to your breath.
Expanding your awareness back into your body.
Gently and slowly returning back.
Take your time.
When it feels right,
You can come back and open your eyes.
