Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Get yourself in a comfortable position and follow your breath.
Today's meditation is designed to help you with procrastination when you want to get
Something done but your mind wanders.
You get distracted or you do not make it a priority and therefore you shift your focus.
So let's dive deep.
Let's discover why this pattern,
This need to move away from your priorities or from
What is important and so just taking a moment to choose something that you do procrastinate
From constantly or something that you wish you did not procrastinate from.
Choose one thing specifically,
Bring your attention and focus towards that and just
Begin to notice how your body reacts.
Do you suddenly feel a sense of tension,
Anxiety,
Stress?
Just notice the sensations and love to sit with it,
Not to change it but just to observe
It.
You are safe,
It's important that you get familiar to the sensation.
And now notice the thoughts that arise.
Is there a specific word,
Thought pattern?
Be as aware as you can,
Be as familiar to it as you can.
And now notice how this thought makes you feel.
And if you like,
Express those feelings,
Say them out loud.
This thought makes me feel,
Finish the sentence.
Alright,
Take a deep breath in and just let it go for the moment,
Again.
Deep breath in,
Let all that stress,
Those thoughts,
That anxiety just go.
Last one,
Deep breath in,
And one more time,
Let it go.
Bring yourself back to neutral,
Just focusing on your breath,
Maybe feeling your heart if
You can.
Just giving yourself permission to be light for a second.
Now that you are aware of the sensation,
The emotions and the thoughts that are connected
To this issue,
It's really important that outside of this meditation you spend time
To reprogram all of this.
For instance,
If the thought arises,
Say an affirmation that contradicts it.
If the feeling comes along,
Say something nice to yourself to comfort yourself.
And if the anxiety shows up,
Soothe your body,
Give yourself a hug,
Encourage yourself.
It's really important to catch those moments and recognize them,
To then shift the frequency.
Support yourself through it,
And move yourself through it.
We now call forth your higher self to assist us in this meditation,
And to guide us to
Resolve this issue,
To find peace,
To find guidance,
Information,
Wisdom,
And to thrive
Despite the challenges,
Despite the emotions,
Thoughts and feelings,
Despite it all.
To discover the light within,
The power within,
To become a force of nature.
And above your head,
Visualize a beautiful yellow and gold light shining down,
Surrounding you.
And this light is swirling down,
Gently now entering your body,
Bringing a sense of warmth in your stomach.
Opening up the energies around your stomach,
The chakras,
Relaxing any tension,
And just bringing a sense of openness and lightness,
Receptivity.
And now reawakening that thought,
Reawakening that pattern,
Reawakening that sensation,
But having a sense of detachment now as if you're observing yourself going through it.
If you could find this frequency in your body,
Where does it live?
And I want you now to invite this beautiful yellow and gold light to move into that frequency,
To connect with it.
And now I want you to ask it,
Why do I let you win?
Why do I let you win?
Trust the answer you receive.
What do I gain by holding on to you?
What do I gain by holding on to you?
What would happen if I did not allow you to win?
What would happen if I did not allow you to win?
When did this pattern,
This energy begin,
And why?
When did this pattern,
This energy begin,
And why?
We now invite our higher self to assist us in releasing this pattern,
This frequency,
This stagnation that lives within us.
We give our higher self full permission to allow us to overcome,
Overwrite this negative programming,
To override this pattern,
To set us free,
And to invite in a powerful frequency of confidence,
Of leadership,
Of ownership,
Of wisdom,
Of self-trust.
And now visualizing that beautiful yellow and gold light,
Gently wrapping itself around
That energy,
That frequency that represents the procrastination,
The fear,
The anxiety,
The doubts,
The insecurities that live within you.
I take my power back from my past.
I take my power back from this pattern,
From this energy.
I take my power back from myself.
I choose to show up for myself,
To fight for myself,
To be the leader I am,
To be the hero I am.
But above everything else,
I choose to really love myself,
Through the pain,
Through the
Suffering,
Through the fears,
Through the doubts,
Through the insecurities.
But I will show up for myself and be kind to myself,
To be my own parent,
My own friend,
To nurture myself and to encourage myself to overcome anything that prevents me from
Living my highest and greatest good.
I own this.
I am this.
And so it is.
And just see that energy shift into a beautiful gold and yellow light,
Transmuting,
Transforming
Itself.
Feeling a sense of openness,
As if something has been released,
Let go.
But above everything else,
Feeling empowered and strong.
When we overcome challenges,
Fears,
Insecurities,
What awaits on the other side is the best
Version of ourselves.
In fact,
The only way to discover that is through these challenges and these insecurities.
So every time you are faced with this frequency,
Ask yourself,
Who do I choose to be in this
Moment,
Today,
Right now?
Thanking that beautiful yellow and gold light,
Your higher self.
Trusting that today has planted the seed for something wonderful.
To truly overcome your patterns,
Your habits,
That no longer serve you.
Taking a moment of gratitude.
When you're ready,
Begin slowly,
Slowly to come back.
Take your time.
When it feels right,
Open your eyes.
