Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Get yourself in a comfortable position and just allow yourself to be here and now.
Be present.
Just invite your mind to relax,
To let go.
Invite your body to just release any tension or stress and bring yourself present by focusing on your breath.
Feeling your breath and in each breath just let go a little more.
At each breath become more and more relaxed,
More at peace,
More centered and just taking a moment to ask yourself what is bothering you the most at this time in your life.
Is there something that keeps coming up,
That keeps creating disruption within and around you?
Just becoming self-aware,
Just noticing,
Being honest,
Being present with it.
And whatever that feeling,
That thought,
That moment may be,
Learn to sit with it,
Learn to sit with the discomfort.
Not trying to change anything,
Just observing.
Just like clouds passing by,
Giving yourself permission to be just the way you are.
Not trying to change anything.
Learning to find the power in the chaos by just being still.
Allowing yourself to go through it and not avoid it.
And if you could identify this feeling,
This moment,
This thought,
This memory,
Whatever it is,
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
How does it make you feel?
Just continue to breathe throughout this process.
Remind your body and your mind that they are safe.
And now it's time to just let it go.
Let this thought,
This feeling,
Whatever it is,
Just let it go.
Bringing yourself back to the present moment,
To the here and now.
Feeling your body,
Your breath,
The temperature of the air that surrounds you.
Paying attention to the subtle moments in this moment.
And now asking yourself,
How would you like to feel today?
What kind of thoughts would you like your mind to express?
What reality would you like to create?
And how does that feel in your body?
What kind of energy frequency sensations does this energy have?
And just allow yourself to feel it,
To enjoy it,
To become one with it.
Allow it to expand throughout your entire body.
Feel it move through you and around you.
And finally we're going to call forth your guides and your higher self to assist you in this meditation,
To close this meditation with a blessing,
With a sign.
Inviting them to guide you throughout your day.
Inviting them to bless you.
And so it is.
And so it's time to come back.
Slowly bringing your awareness back into your body,
Back to your breath.
Slowly,
Slowly returning.
Take your time and when it feels right,
You can open your eyes.
