Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Get yourself in a comfortable position.

And just allowing your breath to soothe your mind,

To soothe your body.

Inviting in that peace and that relaxation in this moment.

Giving yourself permission to just be here,

Now,

As you are.

And just taking a moment to be self-aware,

To check in with yourself.

How do I feel?

How does my heart feel?

My mind?

My body?

My spirit?

Really listening and focusing within.

Today's meditation is designed to help you connect with your inner child.

Your inner child is a sub-personality that still lives within you.

And you can gather so much healing,

Wisdom and information from your inner child.

If only you take the time to connect and listen.

And so today we will do just that.

And so I want you to visualize a white marble staircase that spirals downwards in front of you.

Taking you down in the depths of your mind.

Reaching your subconscious and allowing you to connect with your inner child.

When you reach the bottom of the stairs,

There will be a door and through that door you will find yourself in a time and place in your childhood that needs healing,

That holds wisdom and information that will assist you,

Today.

And so when you're ready I will count from 10 to 0 and at each number you will take a step down.

Are you ready?

10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Zero,

You have arrived.

In front of you there's a door.

This door may be familiar to you or it may not.

As you step forward you are going to open this door.

And as you step through you find yourself in a time and place in your childhood.

Looking around and just taking it all in.

This could be a memory that you remember or a memory that you do not remember.

Your mind will guide you to the right place.

Where are you?

Do you know what time of the day it is?

What time of the year?

And when you are ready look for your inner child.

And when you find them walk up to them.

Maybe they're playing on the ground with their toys.

Maybe they're sitting on their bed or they're in the living room watching tv or playing in a garden.

Whatever they're doing,

Join them.

They notice you and just notice how they feel about you.

Are they afraid?

Mad at you?

Happy to see you?

Shy?

What is going on with them?

And when you're ready say hi.

Tell them how excited you are to see them.

How much you have missed them.

How special this moment is for you.

How important they are to you.

Express your heart to them.

Fully.

And begin a conversation with them.

Get to know them.

Get to know what is going on in their world.

If they're playing alone ask them why.

Maybe if they're sad ask them why.

And if they're happy ask them maybe what game they want to play.

Just engage with them for a while.

And now that you have connected with them,

Ask them in a child.

What is it that you need from me?

Is there something that I'm not seeing,

Understanding about you?

Help me see,

Help me understand how I can make you happy.

So what is it that you need from me?

Allow your inner child to express their truth to you.

And take it in and breathe.

And allow yourself to feel whatever it is that you need to feel right now.

Move through the emotions.

And trust the information that you receive.

Inner child,

If you were me,

What would you do to feel better?

What would you do to fix this problem?

What would you do to fix this problem?

Inner child,

Is there anything else that I need to know about you that I don't know?

Please help me understand.

And now just take a moment to thank them,

To love them,

To hug them.

To say words to them that will make them feel seen,

Value,

Loved and heard.

Give them the biggest hug and look them in the eyes and say,

I love you so much.

Thank you for today.

And I love you,

I love you,

I love you.

It's time to come back.

Say goodbye to your inner child.

Tell them that you'll be back some other time to play.

And when you're ready,

Step through that door and I will count from zero to ten to return.

Zero,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

And gently and slowly returning back to your body.

Back to where you are now,

Meditating.

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Slowly and gently returning back.

Take your time.

When it feels right,

Open your eyes.

When it feels right,

Open your eyes.
