Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Skate yourself in a comfortable position and relax.
Today's meditation is designed to help you with life,
With the ebbs and flow of life,
The up and the down,
The inconsistencies,
The struggles and the triumphs,
Assisting you today to process,
To be still no matter what and to learn to grow from every situation.
Life is change.
Life will never be the same thing over and over.
Change is inevitable.
And so let's begin by asking ourselves,
Do I have resistance to change?
And if so,
Why?
And now thinking about your life,
What you are going through right now.
Are you going through a phase of change or are you in a period of stability?
Life goes up and down and round.
It's unpredictable.
It's inconsistent.
But there are some patterns that are consistent.
And so just paying attention right now and just noticing where you are at in life.
What is happening?
Reflecting upon this moment.
And now I want you to really think about the emotions that arise during this reflection.
What are the feelings that come to the surface when you think about where you are at?
Really go there and just be self-aware.
And just noticing the story that you may be telling yourself.
How you have a very specific perspective on the situation.
Just notice your thoughts and notice the story.
And now if you could remove yourself from your body,
From your ego.
If you could see your life from its eye view,
From the greater perspective.
Take a moment to think about what that would feel like,
What that would look like.
Where small things don't matter anymore.
Take yourself out of your body,
Out of your world and see it for what it really is.
And already feel the relief from the tension in your body,
From making the decision alone to see things from a greater perspective.
Just notice the subtleties that are occurring during this meditation.
But continue.
Removing yourself,
Seeing it from the greater perspective.
Notice the change,
Notice the difference.
And now that you have this point of view,
What would you tell yourself?
What words could comfort you at this time?
What guidance do you need to hear from your higher perspective?
You have the wisdom,
The knowledge inside you.
Dive into that and be your friend,
Your guide,
Be that person that you are at this moment.
So comfort you and be the wise person that you are.
What advice do you need?
What guidance do you need?
What words do you need right now?
And now that you are tapped into the greater universe,
Invite in now frequencies and energies that will assist you in processing,
In letting go and sending those healing energies and frequencies to your body,
To your mind,
To your heart.
You can visualize this as a white light shine above you,
Surrounding you.
Feeling the love,
Support and the blessings.
And before we close this meditation,

It's time to come back now,
Slowly,
Slowly returning back to your body,
Coming back to the physical world.
Take your time.
