Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Sit or lie in a comfortable position and just follow your breath in and out.
And as you breathe,
Invite your body to relax,
Invite your mind to settle.
Just give yourself permission to be present,
To be still.
And as you embrace this stillness,
Ask yourself,
How do I feel today?
Anything that I need to become aware of?
Essentially just scanning,
Noticing.
So today's meditation is designed to help you process change,
To help you move through changes in your life.
One thing is for sure in this life.
Change.
Our bodies change.
Our lives change.
You could be in a prison for 20 years and eventually something will change.
And so,
What is changing in your life and how does that make you feel?
Do you resist change?
Do you accept it?
Do you enjoy it?
It's important to be aware of resistance to change.
Essentially,
It is feeling as though you are losing control and you're trying to do everything to be in control.
However,
This can cause a lot of suffering.
Even more suffering than is needed.
Resistance to change is the most potent ingredient that causes pain and slowing down the process of change.
Think about it.
If you want to manifest,
What is the number one ingredient?
Change.
And so,
I invite you in this moment to see change as a friend,
To see it as an ally.
And so,
Taking a moment just to scan your body and ask yourself,
Where in my body does this resistance live?
You may notice a certain part of your body feels tense or heavy.
Just notice.
And so,
Breathing in this beautiful,
Soft white light into that area of your body.
Just visualize it.
And so,
Taking a deep breath in and allowing that energy to soothe and expand that area of your body.
And on the out-breath,
Just releasing the tension.
If you like,
You can see it as a dark energy being released.
Now,
This is not avoiding how you feel or the resistance itself.
It's just inviting your energy,
Your body to open up.
Inviting yourself to accept,
To see,
To trust.
And so,
Let's continue with a few more breaths.
Breath in.
Breathing out.
Two more.
Deep breath in.
Let it go.
Last one.
Deep breath in.
And gently returning back to your natural breathing.
I invite you now to take a moment to say these words to yourself.
I open myself up to change.
I release all resistance,
All fear,
All doubt.
Today,
I give myself permission to try,
Try something new.
I embrace all of this.
I accept all of this.
And I surrender completely because I trust that whatever this is,
It will lead me to my highest and greatest good.
And returning back to that breathing now,
Once again,
Just noticing if there is any tension left in your energy,
In your body.
Noticing how you react to this intention.
And now,
I invite you to quantum leap into the future,
Five years from now,
If you like.
You have accepted this change.
You have fully embraced it.
What did it give you?
Where did it take you?
What has transformed within and outside of you because of this change?
And now,
Think about the resistance.
Think about what will happen.
What would have happened if you didn't accept it,
If along the way,
All you did was resist it?
And once again,
Quantum leaping five years from now,
Compare it to when you did accept it.
Did it change the outcome?
Was the journey more painful and slower?
What else do you notice?
You see,
Deep down,
You have all the answers and you know exactly what to do.
It may not be easy to do it,
But I invite you to do the hard thing.
The hard choices,
Easy life,
Easy choices,
Hard life.
And so,
Knowing all of this now,
I invite you,
Throughout your day today,
To place your hands above that area of your body where you know you are holding that resistance.
And whenever you feel that fear,
That tension,
Just breathe into it,
Speak to it.
Remind it that it is safe,
That it's going to be a beautiful journey.
The more you practice this,
The easier it will become.
The more you accept,
The less resistance you will have.
And so,
With this information today,
What do you choose moving forward?
And so,
Taking a moment now of gratitude for the stillness,
For the awareness.
And we might as well just finish with asking your spiritual team to help you along the way.
We invite them to channel to you and through you energies,
Frequencies,
Light,
Love and blessings so that this journey is clearer.
And with that,
It's time to come back now.
Slowly expanding your awareness outwards.
Feeling the temperature of the air on your skin,
Wiggling your toes and your fingers.
Very gently and slowly bringing yourself back.
When it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
