Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and follow your breath.
Invite in more peace.
Allow yourself to relax as best as you can.
Today's meditation is designed to assist you in releasing any guilt,
Shame,
Anger,
Pain that you may be carrying.
Maybe about something that you did.
Maybe you did a mistake,
Made a bad decision.
Whatever it may be,
Today is designed to help you release that guilt and shame.
And so taking a moment just to check in with yourself,
Making sure that you are in a more
relaxed state,
Even though you still may be feeling all the negative emotions,
But just
giving yourself permission to be a little more settled,
A little more calm,
A little
more objective.
We are going to call forth your guides and your higher self to assist us today in this
meditation and I want you to feel a beautiful white light shine above your head,
An amazing
loving bright frequency surrounding you and supporting you.
Your guides and your angels place their hands on your shoulders to let you know that they
are here.
They will guide you,
Send you healing energies and give you wisdom and information to assist
you in the healing process.
And just feeling surrounded by this white light,
Moving away any heaviness,
Any toxicity
and just inviting in the healing,
The opportunity.
And now just taking a moment to think about the thing that has caused you this suffering.
What did you do or didn't do that caused you to have this regret,
This sense of shame and
anger and frustration towards yourself?
And just noticing the sensations,
The thoughts,
The feelings that arise when you think about
it.
And if you could go back in time and change that event,
What would you have done differently?
How would you have handled the situation?
It's important just to understand this just so next time you remember,
You remember that
you can change,
That you can do things differently.
But this is not to punish yourself even more,
This is just a self-awareness exercise.
Now before the event happened,
Were you stressed?
Did something happen to you?
Maybe it was related to a trauma from your past.
This is where I want you to give yourself some grace and understand why you were not
able to do better at the moment.
Take a moment to really assess in what mental state you were,
In what emotional state you
were,
That maybe something else was happening to you and that is why you were not able to
be self-aware in that moment.
Alright,
And now,
I want you to think about something in this moment that you can do to
make it better,
To help yourself resolve this inner turmoil.
What actions,
Thoughts can you take to change,
To change in the future and learn from this
and do and be better?
And now we're going to take a moment to say some kind words to yourself.
If you had a friend who were in your shoes right now and you were here to console them,
What would you say to them?
How would you comfort them?
Knowing what you know now,
What would you tell them to remind them that because of this
they are going to be better,
They will do better?
Take a moment,
Give yourself the love and support that you need right now.
And now your guides and your higher self are going to give you some love,
Some support
and just remind you that this world is a school,
That we all make mistakes,
That we all fail
at some point and that is perfectly fine,
It's part of the journey.
The key is that from those lessons,
We do better,
We become better and therefore we
empower ourselves through our lessons and no longer fall victim to them.
And now just inviting that white light into your heart so that it can melt away the pain
and the suffering,
Washing away that heaviness,
The toxicity,
The negativity that is built up.
And instead,
There's a sense of warmth,
Comfort,
Support,
Love and expansion.
Take a moment to say thank you to yourself for taking the time today to heal,
To learn
and to grow,
Taking a deep breath in and let it go.
We are now going to come back,
So slowly,
Slowly expanding your awareness back into
your body,
Back into the space,
Gently and slowly returning.
And when it feels right,
You can open your eyes.
