Close your eyes.
Get yourself in a comfortable position and breathe.
Just checking in with yourself today.
How do I feel?
How does my body feel?
Is there something coming up?
I'm just being okay with the discomfort,
Sitting with it,
Observing it and not reacting.
Can you find peace and stillness in the chaos?
Can you learn not to react even if you want to?
Can you learn to go inward?
Can you learn to be the observer?
And asking yourself,
What do I want?
What do I really desire?
How can I find true peace,
True awareness?
How can I awaken,
Live my calling,
Be in alignment with my purpose?
How can I discover this and live by it?
How can I truly listen and learn?
Calling down your higher self now to assist us,
Feeling their presence,
Their love,
Their energy.
Visualise a beautiful white and gold light shine above you,
Surrounding you,
Connecting to you and inviting this light into your heart.
Tune in.
Plug in.
Inviting this frequency to activate your essence,
Who you really are,
To live in your truth,
To listen to your spirit and awaken,
Awaken your desire.
Dear higher self,
I call you now to assist me,
To heal me.
I ask for your love,
For your light,
For your blessing.
I invite you to guide me throughout my day,
To help me understand myself,
My path,
My purpose,
Who I really am.
Why am I here?
What is my calling?
How can I find myself?
I ask for your love,
For your light,
For your guidance.
I ask for your frequency,
For your healing,
For your blessing.
I invite you to channel to me and through me energies,
Feelings,
Synchronicities,
Thoughts that allow me to align with who I really am,
That allow me to discover who I really am and to release all of the limiting programs that live within and around me.
