This course consists of 3 meditations focused on releasing the limiting blocks created by unforgiveness. Each section involves a mindful, healing practice that brings in the healing frequency of forgiveness for 3 different aspects - the physical body - good for aches and tension or any imbalances, the emotional body to heal a heavy heart/anger and sadness and one for the mental body to help the mind reframe the connection to the source of unforgiveness (whether that's a person/situation/self). Each meditation connects to an aspect of you, releasing blocks of unforgiveness and allowing a healing energy to flow within the physical, mental and emotional self. Lorraine intuitively created these meditations and the suggested guidelines to gain the most healing benefit. The meditations flow with healing energy, created by Lorraine E Murray, a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher and Meditation Practitioner with over 30 years of experience.


Meet your Teacher

Lorraine E Murray has been a meditation teacher for 30 years. As a teenager, she was introduced to meditation by her mother, and she pursued a mindful path that has helped her create meditations for people of all ages and abilities. As a Karuna and Usui Reiki Teacher, she blends her healing experience into every meditation she creates. She is the author of 3 books on teaching meditation to children and the founder of a worldwide training program to create meditation teachers for young people. Lesson 1

Guidelines

In this recording, Lorraine suggests how you can use the meditations to gain the most benefit. This is from her personal experience of applying the forgiveness meditations to her life. In essence, she suggests practising each individual audio regularly (daily) for 3 practices, before moving onto the 2nd audio (practice 3 times) then the 3rd audio.

Lesson 2

Freedom Through Forgiveness - Healing The Physical Body

In this session you'll listen to a meditation that will focus on how to bring the healing energy of forgiveness to the physical body to help heal aches, tension, tiredness and bring the physical body into balance. To receive the maximum benefit from this, we recommend that you practice this recording regularly (if possible daily) for 3 to 7 times before moving onto the next meditation practice.

Lesson 3

Freedom Through Forgiveness - Accepting The Emotional Body

In this session, you'll listen to a meditation that will bring your attention to the emotional body and how practising a forgiveness meditation, as we focus on feelings, can help to release long-held resentments and grief. As the physical body is closely connected to the emotional body, you may find a release physically, too. You may also wish to consider that we can hold unforgiveness towards the self for past actions and decisions, so this meditation good practice supports self-compassion. There is a short introduction in this track - the main meditation begins 2 minutes into the recording.

Lesson 4

Freedom Through Forgiveness - Balancing The Mental Body

In this session, you'll listen to a meditation that concentrates on the mental energy connected to forgiveness/unforgiveness. Working with the gentle awarenesss you'll be guided to let go of thought patterns and reframe your connection to the source of unforgiveness. To experience the most benefit from this meditation, try practicing it regularly for 3 to 7 times (daily if possible) to complete this forgiveness meditation healing course. In this meditation it is suggested that you lie down, covered with a blanket as you'll be invited to place your hands on parts of your head for self healing and balance.

Experiencing The Deep Benefits Of Forgiveness

Thank you for taking part in this short course, and we hope that it has helped you mentally, emotionally, and physically. Once you have completed it, the suggestion is to come back and, with an intuitive heart, choose when you need to practice for mental, emotional, or physical healing and select the meditation you need to complement your personal meditation practice.
