Complaining is one of the most widespread, but underestimated, bad habits. People can complain about anything. But while we might feel that this is a harmless habit, it can undermine our happiness and impede our ability to take meaningful action in our lives. In this six day course, we are going to work on identifying complaining, learn why we do it, and implement new strategies into our life to minimize complaining and instead take action. In each lesson, you will increase your own knowledge, reflect on your own complaining patterns, and then learn how to implement changes in your own life.
