Open And Ready To Receive

In this meditation, we are going to open our connection to the universe and let it know that we are ready to receive all that we are waiting for. So many times we think we want something, only to subconsciously push it away. So, let’s break through those barriers and open up the way for the universe to deliver all its blessings.

Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Today we are going to open our connection to the universe and let it know that we are ready to receive all that we are waiting for.

So many times we think we want something only to subconsciously push it away.

There is a difference between wanting something and being ready to receive it.

So let's break through those barriers and open up the way for the universe to deliver all its blessings.

We're going to take three deep breaths together.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Imagine a ball of white light at your heart center.

It glows warmly and gently.

Slowly the light travels down your spine,

Through your seat,

Your legs,

Down into the ground below.

It travels down,

Down,

Down,

Connecting you to the earth.

Now the light at your heart travels up,

Through your spine,

Through your crown,

Up and up to the sky above.

The energy of the universe fills you,

Buzzes sweetly through you.

It listens as you say,

I am open and ready to receive love.

I am open and ready to receive peace.

I am open and ready to receive abundance.

I am open and ready to receive guidance.

I am open and ready to receive healing.

I am open and ready to receive clarity.

I am open and ready to receive financial blessings.

I am open and ready to receive healthy relationships.

I am open and ready to receive wisdom.

I am open and ready to receive success.

I am open and ready to receive divine gifts.

I am open and ready to receive prosperity.

I am open and ready to receive learning.

I am open and ready to receive what is mined by divine right.

I am open and ready to receive opportunities.

I am open and ready to receive harmony.

I am open and ready to receive joy.

I am open and ready to receive whatever is in my highest good.

Take a few deep breaths in as your message reverberates through the universe.

Slowly the light reaching up into the sky recedes back down.

Through your crown,

Through your spine,

Back to your heart center.

Your message has been received.

Now the light reaching down into the earth draws back to you.

Back through your seat,

Up through your spine,

And back to your heart.

The earth will continue to support you.

Feel the glowing light at your heart and rest assured in the knowledge that you are heard and you are held.

This feeling is yours to access whenever you need the reminder that the universe wants all that is good for you.
