Lesson 2
Relationships
Today, you will reconnect with your primary relationship: the one with yourself. It was never lost. It was buried under other things that took precedence. Finding and beginning to remove the blocks will reconnect you. With your reconnection, you will rediscover a spark that illuminates you and gives you strength and direction. From here, you will take an honest look at the relationships in your life and discover which ones support your relationship with yourself and which detract. The discovery will help you let go of whatβs in the way and enrich your relationships with others.

Lesson 3
Judgment
We take a deep and curious look at whatβs going on when you feel judgment. Whatβs going on in you when you feel a judgment about yourself, another person, group of people, an activity, and more? You will learn that judgments arenβt a bad thing. They are part of human nature. You begin to be able to discern between whatβs a judgment, and whatβs actually true about yourself and others. Youβll learn to drop the guilt about feeling judgmental, and begin to love all aspects of yourself, both dark and light.

Lesson 4
Rest & Activity
In this class, we learn about how life is a flow of rest and activity. They work hand in hand. We learn to become aware of when we need rest and when we need to be active. If you favor one over the other, your life and well-being suffer. By taking this honest look, you discover any beliefs or habits that donβt support a healthy flow of rest and activity. You will begin to feel the flow of life, and the joy that it brings. Basically, youβre inviting in an infinite flexibility of rest and activity that will bring you peace of mind.

Lesson 5
Sleeping & Dreaming
In this class we explore the mystery and value of sleeping and dreaming. In a time when sleep is undervalued and many of us donβt get enough sleep, we investigate what happens when we sleep and discover that itβs as valuable as our waking state. Weβll look at the reasons we rob time from our sleeping and dreaming and find ways to let those old ways go. Weβll take a look at the secrets of dreaming and how waking and dreaming are too sides of the same coin.

Lesson 6
What You Eat & Drink
In this class, weβll look at how your body is made of food. Your body is the accumulation of what you eat and drink. Weβll investigate how you feel about what you eat, your body, and the surroundings in which you eat. Itβs helpful to see the impediments that block any nourishment of what you eat and drink. When you let this clutter go, youβll feel more energy, experience more health, and feel better about your body.

Lesson 7
Pain: Physical & Emotional
In this class we look at how pain is an intrinsic part of life. Pain canβt be avoided. But when we fear pain, and constantly strive to just feel good, we suffer. Weβll look at our feelings about physical and emotional pain. By finding and removing our clutter around the pains of life, we invite in an acceptance of the inevitability of pain. It is the other half of the flow of life. Life naturally moves from pleasure to pain, to pleasure to pain. Learning to accept pain when it happens deepens our peace of mind.

Lesson 8
Guilt
In this class we take a look at the effects of guilt in our lives. We discover that guilt is widespread and is used as the most common form or punishment and motivation. Itβs so common that its use is rarely called into question. Weβll see that guilt is the only non-functional emotion. It wrecks havoc and doesnβt repair, motivate, or heal. We see how it operates in us. Weβll experience the dismantling of guilt, replaced by compassion for the human condition alive and well in all of us.

Lesson 9
Exercise/ Movement
In this class, youβll look at the experience of movement in your body. How your body is built to move, and that exercise is a natural extension of having a body. Youβll discover your inner impediments to movement and exercise. Youβll also realize what forms of movement and exercise are natural to who you are. Resistance to exercise is often based on our past experiences with exercise and movement that didnβt support our nature. With the removal of this clutter, youβll find yourself drawn to the exercise and movement that supports you most, and as a result, youβll feel happier and healthier in your body.

Lesson 10
Time Management
In this class we look at our feelings about time. Youβll see that time is more than hours and minutes. Itβs a measurement of your existence in space. By going deep into timeβs depths, youβll begin to know your place in time. You see time as a gifted currency that you get to spend during your day. By seeing time as a blessing, you get the inspiration and intuitive clarity to know how to manage your time. This allows you to drop any confusion and overwhelm about how to spend your time. Youβll also learn how to include both work and play in your day.

Lesson 11
Papers
Papers are often overwhelming. Papers in files. Papers on counters. Papers in stacks and in boxes. We can shut down around papers. In this class, youβll learn how to take the power away from papers and give it back to yourself. Youβll see how papers are basically a means of expression and information. They are tools of communication. Having taken the power back, youβll learn how to discriminate about which papers to keep and which need to go. Youβll learn how to find homes for whatβs necessary, so they can serve you when you need them.

Clothing
In this class youβll discover your feelings about what you wear, and the body you wear them on. Youβll take a look at the pressures of style and the debilitating cultural acceptance of body criticism. Youβll see how you feel about your nakedness. Youβll discover what feels most natural for you to wear. Plus youβll naturally learn an acceptance of your body as it changes over time. Free of this old clutter, you will feel an increased pleasure living in your body and youβll enjoy the experience of wearing what makes you feel the most natural, sexy, and free in your body.

Freedom
In this class you will take a deep look and see what freedom means to you. What makes you feel free? What inhibits you? What gives you the inspiration to do whatβs natural to you? Youβll see that freedom is the opposite of stability. Attempts at stability may make us feel safe, but they never work and they steal our freedom. Youβll learn to release the false protection of stability and cherish your freedom above all else.

Internet, Social Media, Email, Cellphone & Texting
A great deal of our time and attention go towards our electronic devices. For many of us they become addictive, depriving us of peace of mind, and a connection with ourselves. In this class youβll take a curious and introspective look at your relationship with your electronic devices. Youβll see the source of the attachment, and youβll experience letting go of that tether. Youβll learn a new way to use the devices when you truly need them as a way to serve yourself. Youβll also learn how to be away from your devices and feel happy.

Photos
In this class youβll investigate your experience of taking photos and what you do with them. Most of us have been taught that we need to capture a special moment with photos. Itβs as if we will lose that moment if we donβt take its picture. But itβs a common experience that we miss the actual moment because we are taking a picture. Many people live with a great deal of photos they never look at. In this class youβll learn how to be in a moment need to be shared in order for the experience to be real and enough.

Sense Of Humor
In this class you will explore your sense of humor. What makes your laugh? Youβll learn how to see any experience as humorous. Humor is a way for us to let go of the seriousness and importance that gets imposed on life. Youβll take a curious look at where your seriousness gets in the way of you enjoying your life. Youβll learn to let go and laugh.

Lesson 17
Intuition
In this class you will explore your intuition. Youβll take a deep look at your knowing. Where does it come from? What does it feel like? How can you tell the difference between intuition and fear? Often, we can be afraid of this knowing part of ourselves. It can feel like something outside of us. It canβt be controlled. Itβs powerful. Youβll learn that your intuition is there only to support you. And itβs an inherent part of you. Youβll discover that as the fear drops away, the intuition will be given more space to flow into your awareness. Intuition will become a natural and helpful tool in your life.

Competition
Most of us have been raised and exist today in an environment of competition - in school, at home, in our relationships, and at work. Although there are benefits, it can breed the feeling of, βMe against the world,β foster a lack of trust, and leave one with a feeling of there not being enough. In this class, youβll look at how competition lives within you; how it hinders and benefits you. Youβll discover that youβre not alone. You are connected with the whole. Youβll learn how to open up to opportunities outside yourself and merge with the strength of others.

Lesson 19
Sadness, Grief & Sorrow
In this class youβll look within and see how these feelings live within you. Youβll learn that they are a part of life, and not to be ignored, covered up, or pushed away. Sometimes we are sad. Sometimes we feel great sorrow. Grief happens.
By seeing that these feelings are natural experiences, by listening to them in us, by accepting their presence, we begin to heal. In this class, you will learn how to see sadness as the other side of the coin opposite joy. They exist together. Without one, you canβt have the other. Youβll learn to cherish the variety of emotions in the same way you listen to the highs and lows of a musical symphony.

Lesson 20
Forgiveness
In this class youβll take a look at how you experience forgiveness. Youβll learn what it means to forgive yourself or another. Youβll come to see that we are not perfect creatures. Sometimes we do things that hurt others. Sometimes they hurt us. Itβs going to happen.
We learn to let go of the feeling, βThat person shouldnβt have done that.β Or, βI shouldnβt have done this thing.β Essentially, forgiveness says, βI understand what you did. Iβve been in your shoes.β The human condition canβt be controlled. Forgiveness becomes a way to connect with yourself or the person you had previously found at fault.

Vitality
In this class youβll discover the source of your feeling of vitality. Vitality ebbs and flows in our lives. But is it our personal vitality or does it come from a bigger source? By taking a deeper look, youβll see what blocks you from this connection to the source of vitality. By removing the clutter, you realize that your life force is the Life Force. You are not limited but are connected with the same energy that moves the planets and creates stars. Youβll feel a renewed energy as you recognize your source.

Lesson 22
Love
Love is often something that seems to be outside of us. We search for love from others. We wish to have love in our lives. In this course, youβll take a curious look within yourself to discover the source of love. Youβll become aware of and question what gets in the way of your experiencing love. With this discovery, that limitation will begin to dissolve. With this new opening, love will begin to well up within you as one of your natural characteristics, like an undiscovered stream. People will no longer be your source of love, but a way for you to share your innate feeling of love with them.

Sex
In this class weβll look at the chaotic relationship we have as a society with sex. Sex is often associated with shame. It is seen as an animal desire that needs to be controlled. Yet, we are sexual creatures. Itβs our nature to have sex. In this class, weβll heal the split. Youβll discover the cluttered beliefs that inhibit your experience and enjoyment of sex. Youβll gain an acceptance of your sexual nature, which will bring a renewed energy in all areas of your life. Sexual energy is the force of creativity.

Gratitude
In this class youβll look at what makes you feel grateful. Where does gratitude live within you? What does it feel like? What gets in the way of you feeling thankful? Youβll look at whether you feel deserving of good things happening in your life. Gratitude will become essentially openness between you and life itself for what it brings and has brought to you. Youβll also discover a gratitude for the things you donβt like in your life. Youβll discover an acceptance for what has or is currently causing you pain. Essentially everything in your life becomes a way to feel grateful.

Passion
Life is passion. The life force fuels everything we do. Yet, we might feel lethargy or an apathy in our lives that keeps us from feeling the passion that makes us feel alive. In this class, you will take a curious look to see what block there are, keeping you from feeling this passion in your life. As you drop these shackles, you will become clear on what makes you feel passionate. You will feel the encouragement to move in the direction of what makes you feel passion, and begin to enjoy the joyous surge of the life force.

Openness
Openness is vulnerability, and being vulnerable can feel scary. You can feel unprotected, and with that comes the fear of knowing that you could be hurt. Yet, openness is one of the best experiences you can feel. In this class you will take a kind and honest look at your deep-seated beliefs about being vulnerable. You will see how they restrict you from feeling the fullness of life. You will become aware of the power of being open. How it is necessary for the full experiences of love and intuition and connection. Rather than closing off your heart and mind, you will find yourself naturally favoring openness, and the richness that comes with it.

Lesson 27
Unity
Connection with life itself and everything that is contained in it is the greatest pleasure. But itβs rare that we feel such a connection, if any at all. The feeling of being separate dominates most peopleβs lives. In this course, you will take a look within at what connection feels like. You will discover hesitations for connection. Sometimes we are still suffering from hurts in the past that make us avoid this feeling of unity with another. By gently being aware, we can heal those pains, allowing the experience of unity to return, and with that, the great fulfillment it brings.

Wealth
In this class, you will investigate what wealth means to you. How does wealth take shape in your life? What are any negative feelings that you have about wealth? How do you feel about others' wealth? Do you feel like thereβs enough wealth to go around? When we feel that we are not wealthy, we feel cut off from the flow of life and we suffer. By letting go of any restrictions you have about wealth, you reconnect yourself with that flow and feel that life is on your side. This fills you with abundance.

Awareness & Attention
There is a great demand for your attention from so many sources that are very distracting and alluring. Itβs hard to not give up your attention. The question youβll ask is, βHow do the majority of places you give your attention make you feel?β What are the consequences? You will also recognize how valuable your attention/ awareness is. You will begin to question, βIs this where I want my awareness to go?β You will also begin to understand that your awareness can be placed on yourself in calming and healing ways.

Lesson 30
Death
Death is often feared deep in our recess. The fear of the potential pain and discomfort of dying can haunt us. The question of, βWhat will happen to me when I die?β can make us fear our annihilation. In this class, you will take a curious look at your feelings about death and consider an opposite and healthy look at the naturalness of death. One thatβs not horrifying but a beautiful aspect of our life experience. Throughout our life we have experienced things coming and going - seasons, situations, people, health. Death becomes a completion of the fullness of oneβs life.
