For the last 18 years, she has been following my passion as a teacher by helping people in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand connect to their intuitive natures by guiding them as a spiritual mentor and life coach, watching clients and students grow in confidence and access their intuitive abilities and inner wisdom is incredibly rewarding to her. She meets many people who would like to help others but are unsure how. In 2017, she created The Phoenix Light Foundation, rebranded and updated as Opus Soul, a dedicated spiritual academy that focuses on teaching and developing spiritual facilitators to run their own businesses and assist people on their spiritual journey.

Lesson 1

What is Ascension?

Ascension means taking Mastery of your life in accordance with the Spiritual Laws of the planet. It entails raising your frequency and drawing down the light of your Monad into your everyday life to create Heaven on Earth. There are several levels of Ascension, each one requiring that you undergo new tests of initiation to test your readiness to carry a higher frequency. At one time, it was not possible to raise your frequency to the higher levels of Ascension and stay in your physical body, but now it is. Most people who now ascend choose to stay on Earth and serve humankind. Those who choose to do this will be in planetary service so their personal needs and desires will no longer be as important as their desire to serve All That Is.

Lesson 2

Initiations of the Soul

When you commit yourself to the Ascension pathway, the Masters will note your intent. If you are accepted, your journey will be accelerated and monitored. For many, this means that the challenges and tests of life become harder and more concentrated. There are several schools of thought around Ascension, from ancient religious beliefs, spirituality, and the Kabala. Below describes the tree of life, which shows the 7 stages of personal growth in the Ascension process. Spiritual, mental, and emotional mastery are all part of Ascension, when we are challenged by events in our lives, the way we respond will indicate if we have mastered our energetic bodies. Lesson 3

Ascension Masters

Throughout time, there have been many special teachers placed on Earth to help us evolve and grow in our lives. Some teachers have brought forward teachings, and some new belief systems while others have brought changes to lifestyle. There is a hierarchy of teachers who are well documented by the great Ascension teachers of modern times, these also include the Karmic board. Lord Maitreya was said to have helped Jesus in the later part of his life as he brought forth his teachings and healing to the world. Lord Maitreya is overseeing the ascension of the planet. The purpose of this is to achieve true enlightenment of the human race, which in basic terms means to live from the heart, stay balanced and work for the greater good of your fellow humans. Meditating with Lord Maitreya Sit quietly and focus on your breathing, when you feel ready, focus on your breath and imagine you connecting to Lord Maitreya. With each breath feel the connection flowing through every part of your body and into your aura. Keep focusing your attention on Lord Maitreya and be open to any feelings, thoughts, and inspirations that flow to you from Lord Maitreya. Once you feel comfortable ask for any insights into your well-being or things you may need to know at this time. It is best to record your results.

Lesson 4

The Light Body

The definition of “enlightenment”, for me, is an increase in the overall light quotient of the body. This is achieved through spiritual growth and transformation and energy techniques. Through our auric field we are multidimensional beings who can transcend time and space at any given moment. Our auric field is an extension of our physical body and as such can be accessed during a healing session in safety. On a day-to-day basis we are traveling in and out of our superconscious and subconscious accessing information on all levels of our existence. This may take the form of daydreaming, vivid night dreams, déjà vu, knowing and channelled thoughts from higher energy. For our continued spiritual growth and enlightenment, we must become aware that we are constantly connected to “universal thought” and the Universal Laws which impact our lives in every moment of existence. Things to sustain your light body Below are a few things that, if put into practice, can help maintain and build your light body. For most people, as soon as we start to expand our spiritual understanding, this is a trigger that activates our light body, but we must keep investing in our spiritual growth to hold the light within our body. • Daily meditation. • Positive affirmations. • Maintaining a good sleep pattern. • Physical wellbeing. • Showing gratitude for everything. • Spiritual development. • Being mindful with our thoughts. • Standing in your own power.

Lesson 5

Karma and You

The Karmic Board ministers to each soul, in cooperation with the soul's own Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, determining when, where and in what family a soul shall embody. All souls pass before the karmic board before and after each incarnation on earth. Before coming into embodiment again, they are given the life mission that will be theirs to accomplish, along with an overview of the karmic allotment from previous lifetimes that they will have to balance in the new life. You have a chance to forgive yourself. You review your life as if you were the person that you were affecting with your behaviour. ''Do unto others as you would have others do unto you'' The Karmic Board • Great Divine Director: who brings his momentum of divine direction • Beloved Kuan Yin: Goddess of Mercy • Lady Nada: Keeper of the Flame of Life • Pallas Athena: Goddess of Truth • Lady Portia: Goddess of Justice • Goddess of liberty: Champion of the oppressed • Beloved Cyclopea, Elohim of God: who focuses the action of the all-seeing eye of God Meditation - Take time to choose which member of the Karmic Board you would like to connect with, sit quietly, and focus your mind and breathing. Once you have relaxed, close your eyes and allow the Board member to surround you with their loving energy. Bask in that energy and take note of any thoughts/feelings/works you may experience during your connection.

Wow this course really allowed me to sit still and learn , on lots of levels about life - getting answers on why and how to help me going forward on my new way of thinking in life . Although it’s always been there in the back of my mind but now I have the confidence to speak my truth my beliefs . Life has so many twist and turns . Good bad smooth rockie and yes you deff learn and become stronger although at the time I didn’t think like that . My thought is I just want to live a simple life me nice help where I can and feel very greatfull thankful for what I have 🙏we are always so busy and I allways talk about my mum and dad in the late 60s 70s working hard - but we had family time the weekend was our time . And today we have all this stuff to make things quicker faster but most people say ‘ I don’t have time . That’s why on my life’s journey I’ve always said I want live a simple life .
