My goal is for you to further develop your mindset in a positive direction to achieve your goals and the life you want to live.


Meet your Teacher

Desh is a multifaceted individual, consultant, musician, athlete, author, and artist. He’s drawn to the power of meditative sounds and immersive nature soundscapes. Since 2017, he's traveled the world recording live sounds, creating tracks for meditation, relaxation, yoga, and sleep. As a meditation teacher on Insight Timer, he shares his passion for creating calming auditory experiences. Heath Krumlauf is passionate about helping people grow and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. His work centers on connection, encouragement, and real-world growth, helping people build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Known for his depth and impact as a leader, coach, and mentor, Heath has supported individuals through different stages of life, helping them navigate challenges, build self-trust, and grow into what they are becoming.

How The Subconscious Reprograms Itself

In this session, we explore how the subconscious mind learns through repetition, emotion, and repeated internal dialogue. You’ll learn how thought patterns gradually become familiar mental programming, and how consistent mindset shifts can begin changing behavior, outlook, and identity over time. At the end of the session, Desh’s reflection builds on these ideas with calming affirmations focused on growth, consistency, and subconscious change to help reinforce healthier patterns of thought through repetition.

The Three Areas That Shape Your Life

This session focuses on what the Align Your Mind approach calls the “Big Three”: relationships, finances, and health. These three areas influence much of our daily emotional experiences, our energy and stability, and the overall quality of our lives. We’ll explore how subconscious patterns can affect each of these areas and how creating alignment in one area often creates positive ripple effects in others. At the end of the session, Desh’s reflection centers around the themes of relationships, finances, and health. Through calming affirmations and reminders, this reflection is designed to help support a more balanced, grounded, and intentional mindset.

Writing Your Subconscious Scripts

This session discusses creating simple subconscious scripts using intentional, present-tense language. You’ll learn how repeated identity-based statements can gradually begin reshaping the way you think and respond, and how you see yourself over time. At the end of the session, Desh’s reflection supports the subconscious scripting process introduced in this session. It reinforces confidence, clarity, and intentional thinking through calm repetition and reflection.

The Daily Alignment Practice

This final session brings everything together into a short daily practice focused on consistency, repetition, and intentional mental input. We’ll explore how our daily statement review, combined with repeated thoughts, can gradually begin reshaping subconscious patterns and influencing the direction of our lives over time. This track encourages us to make subconscious alignment part of our everyday lives. At the end of the session, Desh’s reflection reinforces the themes of consistency, daily practice, and subconscious alignment. A calming reflection to help us reconnect with the practice, reinforce supportive patterns, and stay intentional with the thoughts we repeat each day.
