Her offerings blend breathwork, movement, energy healing, visualization, and tarot, to support others -- especially other Black and Brown women -- in taking up more space and being their authentic, whole selves. Dr. Za also utilizes plant medicine and Earth-based practices in her work, as she believes we are all a reflection of Nature.
