Allow this guided meditation coaching and visualization session to assist in making better decisions, moving through hard circumstances or navigating tough emotions to serve your highest self, your favorite self, who you want to be. This meditation begins with guided relaxation and gently takes you through visualization with simple coaching. It may be helpful to keep a notebook nearby to record anything you may receive from this meditation.

If you're facing a big decision in your life,

A hard emotion,

And you'd like a little bit of coaching to guide you through,

So find yourself a comfortable seated position where you feel at ease in your body.

Make sure your clothing is loose,

There are no restrictions,

There's no pressure,

There's Make sure your clothing is loose,

So you can feel yourself breathing fully.

Close down your eyes when you're ready,

And take a nice,

Deep breath.

Inhale through the nostrils,

Feeling the air moving through the nostrils.

Exhale out.

Allow it to release with your breath.

And two more,

Breathing in,

Inhale through the nostrils,

Feeling the air moving through.

Exhale out.

Last time,

Breathing in,

Feel the chest rise,

And slow exhale out.

Bring your awareness to your body.

You can begin to notice any parts of the body where you feel most tense.

This could be in the shoulders,

In the eyes,

Maybe the hands.

Just allow yourself to notice if and where you feel this tension.

We'll move through a short body scan to bring full relaxation to your body so that energy can flow,

And so that you can feel more at ease as we move through this coaching process.

So bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.

Notice if you feel any energy or sensation in the soles of your feet.

And as you move through the body scan,

You can visualize drawing in earth's energy,

Grounding renewing energy into your body.

So moving up from the soles of your feet into your ankles,

Moving up to the lower legs.

And earth energy is effortlessly swirling and flowing through parts of your body.

Moving up to the knees and filling your upper legs.

Moving through the entire lower body effortlessly and into the hips,

Allowing your hips to expand and relax.

Moving to the belly and to your lower back.

Moving up your spine,

Filling up your torso,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Down your arms and through the palms of your hands,

Your fingertips.

Allowing this energy to move through the neck,

Through the crown of the head,

Filling up the space inside your forehead,

Your inner eyes,

Between your eyebrows,

Your inner nose,

Your mouth,

Feeling your entire body as one,

Feeling your body in space,

Visualizing earth's energy flowing easily through your entire body.

And now you can visualize the purest form of energy.

This could be the feeling of being on top of a mountain,

A pure waterfall.

This could be energy from spirit.

Just visualize allowing this purest form of energy to move in through the crown of the head.

And it's just moving through your entire body,

Allowing you to relax and feel connected to this energy,

Both energies flowing seamlessly through your entire body.

Notice how it makes you feel in this moment.

Allow this energy to move,

Connecting you into the earth,

Feeling grounded to the earth,

Supported at this time.

You can bring your awareness to visualize a circumstance,

A situation.

It could be an event or decision that's in your life where you feel stuck or where you feel you need support.

Visualize this as maybe a moving picture in front of you,

Like a ball in front of you,

About a foot or so in front of you,

So you're still in the moment.

And visualize yourself in this ball in front of you in whatever situation,

Whatever decision that has you feeling stuck.

Visualize all that you can,

Allowing yourself,

Bringing yourself into that moment as best you can.

Notice what feelings arise as you picture yourself in this moment that has you feeling stuck.

Notice these feelings that arise in you as you visualize.

Notice where they are in your body.

Does it feel like tightness in the chest or in the stomach or tension in the forehead?

Maybe it feels like constriction,

Resistance somewhere in your body.

Just notice there's nothing else you need to do in this moment,

In this visualization.

Imagine yourself reacting to the situation at hand without any thought.

Watch yourself react.

Maybe in your visualization,

You experience the consequence of your reaction.

Notice what pops up after you react without any thought,

Or allow this situation to pause for just a moment and bring into mind who you are as your favorite person,

Your favorite self.

Who do you want to be?

Your highest self.

Visualize this in as detailed as you can.

What you look like,

How you feel,

The setting around you,

The energy inside of you and around you.

Allow all of your senses to be involved in this creation of your favorite self,

And do this without any judgment.

Bring this person to mind as clear as you can.

What are you doing?

Where are you?

Who are you with?

Allow yourself to really go deep here,

And then taking into account your favorite self,

Allow that person,

That visualization of you,

Who you want to become.

Allow that to just pour into you like a hug wrapping around you,

Your favorite self,

Absorbing into your body,

Into your mind.

Now take the situation or the decision at hand,

Come back to that bubble,

That ball in front of you,

And with the idea of your favorite self in mind,

Allow this person to guide you through.

What would your favorite self do?

Contemplate this.

Allow it to come to you without any judgment.

Do not be afraid.

Just visualize.

Allow yourself to receive with your highest self in mind,

Visualizing this in that moment in time.

It's okay if nothing comes to you.

Sometimes time is needed,

But take note of what comes.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Back to your heart,

And give yourself one full deep breath.

Inhale,

Exhale out.

Visualize how you feel in this moment,

Any emotions or sensations that rise up for you,

And trust that what you need will be received.

Your meditation is now complete.
