Transcript

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs with air.

And as you exhale,

Exhale through your mouth.

Imagine any tension or worry melting away,

Sinking down into the earth beneath you.

With every inhale,

Imagine drawing energy up from the core of the earth,

As if the earth itself is nourishing you.

Feel the solid,

Grounding presence of the earth.

With each breath in,

You can visualize roots,

Extending from the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth.

And as you exhale,

Visualize the roots growing deeper and deeper to the core of the earth.

You're connected to the earth.

As you inhale,

Feel those roots draw in effortlessly,

Pure revitalizing energy,

Warmth,

Strength and vitality into your body,

Filling up every area of your body.

And as you exhale slowly,

Just feel yourself grounding further,

Deeper,

Anchoring you into the present moment.

With each breath in,

Allow this nourishing energy to move up through your legs,

Your heart,

Filling your body with light,

Renewal and peace.

With every exhale,

Feel your connection to the earth just grow stronger.

You're rooted,

Deeply supported.

Just take one final deep inhale,

Imagining the earth's energy flowing freely through you.

As you exhale,

Feel fully grounded,

Centered,

Renewed.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes,

Carrying the sense of peace,

The sense of deep connection and vitality with you.

You are grounded.

You are supported.
