This is your 10 breath meditation.
My name is Andrea.
We'll do 10 full breaths.
One inhale,
One exhale equals one full breath.
I'll repeat the number twice.
The first time will be your inhale.
And the second time will be your exhale.
So first,
You can come sitting or you can lie down.
And wherever you are,
Just relax.
Settle in for just a moment.
And close your eyes.
As you close your eyes,
You might begin to feel your awareness dropping down into your body.
Just be still in this moment.
Before we begin the breath,
Notice notice what's happening around you,
Any sounds,
The air on your skin,
The clothing you're wearing,
How your body feels.
And now drop into your breath.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Notice your inhales,
Breathing air through your nostrils.
And notice your exhales,
Air going through your nostrils.
With your eyes closed,
We'll now begin our 10 breaths.
So inhale 10.
Exhale 10.
Inhale 9.
Exhale 9.
Inhale 8.
Exhale 8.
Inhale 7.
Exhale 7.
Inhale 6.
Exhale 6.
Inhale 5.
Exhale 5.
Inhale 4.
Exhale 4.
Inhale 3.
Exhale 3.
Inhale 2.
Exhale 2.
Inhale 1.
Exhale 1.
You can continue to breathe like this on your own.
Maybe take one more moment to just let your awareness drop down into your body.
Maybe take one more moment to feel your body.
Maybe release any tension you may feel.
Notice your spine.
And stay in this as long as you like.
Your meditation is now complete.
