Aja Hensley

Aja is a 200hr RYT/Yoga Therapist with a focus on Healing Emphasis Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Trauma work/release and yoga Nidra. Aja has education background in applied behavioral science and continuing her yoga education through a 300hr RYTT course. Aja's goal as a yoga therapist is to bring the knowledge of the body's innate ability to heal itself to her students. When we can be our true self life can fall into place, but first we have to learn to heal and love ourselves. Aja has used her yoga and other forms of therapy to support herself through chronic pain, depression, anxiety, CPTSD, MST, past and generational trauma.
