Aja Hensley

Aja is a 500hr RYT with a focus on Healing Emphasis Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Trauma work/release and yoga Nidra. Aja has an education background in applied behavioral science and is a lifelong learner and practitioner in healing physical and emotional trauma. Aja's goal in sharing the practice of yoga is to bring the knowledge of the body's innate ability to heal itself to practitioners. When we can be our true Self life can fall into place, but first we have to learn to heal and love ourselves. Aja has used her yoga and other forms of therapy to support herself through chronic pain, depression, anxiety, cptsd, mst, past and generational trauma.
