In this practice, I will share a routine I often do before bed after a long day. A way to check in with the breath and the physical body before lying down for a restful night's sleep. Together, we will connect to the breath, finding our way back to the physical body with options to find some gentle movement in the comfort of your bed. This practice is to help us be present and find gratitude in our practice and the opportunity to rest as we let go of the day and any anxieties of what lies ahead.
