Welcome to your guided meditation practice.
Finding a seat on the earth.
Or somewhere comfortable.
And just taking a moment to arrive into stillness.
Beginning here with a deep breath in through the nose and a deep breath out in the mouth.
Breathing in completely.
Breathing out completely.
Each exhale,
Letting go of any tension.
And the forehead and the jaw.
Shoulder.
And then allow your breath to.
.
.
Move in a way that feels most natural for you at this time.
Becoming aware of any thoughts.
Any story.
Or any emotions on your heart.
Becoming aware and.
.
.
Giving these energies a name,
A color.
Texture.
Not changing them.
Not forcing them to go away.
Just allowing them to be here with you.
And begin to notice how they soften.
Or begin to move away with an ease.
Learning that the more we push away our emotions or thoughts The louder they become.
However,
When you take a moment to Be with them.
They soften.
Or dissipate altogether.
Today's practice is about.
.
.
Releasing force.
Really seeing control.
And instead,
Bringing forth.
.
.
Acceptance.
Compassion.
Or curiosity.
Acceptance for all that's here that has accumulated in the heart or the mind or the body compassion for all that you've been through.
Maybe you've been in a busy season of life.
And curiosity.
Getting curious.
About what these sensations,
These energies.
We're trying to share with you.
So breathing deeply into your belly.
Feeling the air.
And emptying the belly completely.
Maybe even placing the palms on your lower belly.
Just allowing your system to know that it is safe to be here.
No matter the volume.
Or the emotion.
Of your inner world.
You are safe.
Softening jaw,
Shoulder,
It's your full body.
As you breathe and practice acceptance.
Compassion.
And curiosity.
Begin to notice what has softened.
What has left.
And what is still here.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Honoring all that you've learned here.
Thanking yourself for taking a moment to release and Shade a little bit.
Control.
Or fourths.
He's seeing one palm in the heart.
And one palm on the belly.
Finding your breath.
Your heartbeat.
Sending love and gratitude.
And until next time.
Sending all my love.
