This is an intention-setting guided meditation to start your week clear and connected. Within these mini-meditations, I will be offering up intentions to come back and connect to, as you move through your day. Living intentionally creates shifts and changes in your life because you are coming from a place of responding vs reacting to life's circumstances. Connecting to an intention creates space and new opportunities in your life because everything starts within. I hope this can be a place you come back to over and over again to change your life's pattern towards what you love and desire to create. This week’s intention is to “To Be Loving”. Allowing yourself to hold yourself in all that moves through you. All my love, Tia Music: remove toxins, mindfulness meditation world

Arriving,

Taking a simple deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Feeling the surface beneath you,

Holding all of you as you breathe in and release,

Let go.

Follow the breath in.

Follow the breath out.

Notice what's living here today and allowing it to move through you.

Feel the space around your body,

Your full body,

Whole,

Complete and sink into the space that surrounds your body.

Can you feel the energy of this day?

Can you be with all the senses or is there resistance here?

Just notice today's intention is about the love that you're searching for.

The love you're searching for is within the pain you've been avoiding.

Let me say that one more time.

The love you've been searching for is within the pain you've been avoiding.

What if you finally faced that pull behind your heart,

That lingering not within,

That constriction,

That tightness,

That shadow,

The part of us that feels heavy,

That feels like it's sitting within the depths of the ocean.

What if we brought that forward,

Faced it,

Held it in the light?

When you learn to hold all of you,

All of you,

In your pain,

Your hurt,

Your shame,

You are able to connect deeper and deeper to love,

Real love,

Unconditional love,

A love without borders.

Can you hold yourself here?

We often seek this love,

This understanding from those around us,

But first we must hold ourselves in this love.

Can you forgive yourself?

Can you bring forward the shadow and hold it in the arms of love?

For all these versions of you,

Any mistakes you've made,

It all serves.

It all serves in your capacity to come back to love,

To see the humanness within you,

Within others,

And accept it fully.

The more you hold yourself,

All that lives within,

Through all the seasons,

The more you are able to receive this love.

Take a moment here and just breathe in to the heart and breathe out the heart and set the intention to be loving,

To be loving to yourself.

Breathing in deeply,

Breathing out completely.

Taking a moment,

Circulating the energy within your heart and all that lives here,

The love you are searching for is within the pain you've been avoiding.

Come back to this whenever you feel disconnected to yourself,

To those around you,

To life.

Be gentle with your heart.

Take another deep breath in and deep breath out,

Feeling the surface holding you,

Feeling into your full body,

The energy of this space within and all around you,

Your heartbeat.

And on your next breath,

Gently do any movements that feel good and open your eyes.

Have the most beautiful day.

Sending all my love.
