This wonderful aspect.
What is it about yourself that shines bright?

Take a few deep breaths now and allow this to rise up within you and present itself and say this is the very best part of me.

How you show up,
And how you are with others.

In what ways can you get closer and bring this inner beauty more to the forefront of your life?
Take time to turn inward and get curious about this wonderful aspect of yourself.
Find a few moments to get quiet,
To listen,
To observe,
And notice this very beautiful part of yourself.
Encourage this beauty to be present in moments when you may be afraid,
Have low energy,
