Let's begin with a deep cleansing breath.

And today,

Let's take a look at our path.

Take another deep,

Delicious cleansing breath.

Breathe in and exhale.

The key to a cleansing breath and to change your mood is to breathe out longer than you breathe in.

So when you breathe in for a count of four,

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale for a count of six,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

And six.

And when you're doing that,

You are activating the vagus nerve in the brain and that releases anxiety and anxiousness and that kind of thing to bring you into your full awareness of your breath.

And in today's meditation,

We will breathe deeply,

Experience completely,

And feel freely.

May you know that as you take on this practice,

You will be able to relax,

Be able to focus,

And be able to actually find your path.

So for this morning,

For just today,

Let us take a look at your path.

Just for today,

What is it that you see as your path?

Take a nice deep breath in,

Exhale longer than the inhale,

And focus on today's path.

What is it that you are stepping into today?

What is it that is your understanding?

And where are you putting that next step?

One foot in front of the other,

What is the path for you today?

In these next few moments,

Just allow yourself to look down your path.

Continue to breathe in and feel what those next steps are today.

Continue to know that you will be guided by your heart,

That you will be guided by whatever is necessary.

Wherever you are going,

You will be guided.

Now for a few more moments,

Listen.

Listen to what that guidance is.

Listen to that beautiful heart of yours,

That soul right there within you.

Let's listen.

Listen.

What I know for sure is that when I do this practice and I take a look into my day,

I know that I am a better person for it.

And I know that today my path will be just as it needs to be.

Just as you have spent this time in your stillness,

In your awareness,

Allow yourself to see,

Feel and hear what it is your path is today.

Be grateful for the opportunity to take these few moments and really understand what it is your heart is saying.

May you know your path today and may you know that you are loved.
