Meditation on Wholeness of Health for M.
Breathe deeply,
Experience completely,
And feel freely.
When you inhale,
Know that you are embracing,
And when you exhale,
You are releasing.
Releasing the puzzle of health and self-pity,
Embracing joy and self-confidence.
When you are seeking your connectedness to your wellness and the understanding of your own health,
May you embrace the puzzle that is unfolding to give you resolution.
What do you feel when looking at the puzzle of your health?
Feel it.
Allow yourself to embrace those emotions.
Now,
What understanding are you seeking?
Allow yourself to sit in the stillness to ask your inner guidance to speak to you.
When you see yourself clinging to the old patterns and you are seeking to free up the strings that tie you to the past,
May you know that you are not alone in these feelings.
Allow yourself to come to know that you are not your health issue,
And your spirits shy away from the poor me mentality.
I heard you say that the most important thing to you is that you want to be able to give all that you have to give,
And by overcoming the health issue,
You will be able to do so.
You have a goal,
And you have the cellular memory of life without pain and angst.
Know that you can embrace those feelings again.
Allow yourself to feel and remember what it was like to be without pain.
And now,
Even if it's just a few moments,
Allow yourself to let go of whatever it is that you need to be letting go of.
Let those feelings float away.
May you balance what you can't change with making steps moving forward towards what you can change.
Sometimes,
When you overdo it physically,
You become numb and without energy.
At the same time,
When you underdo it,
You get bored and fall back into self-pity.
Know that this is quite natural,
And that when you listen to what your body is telling you,
There might be a better understanding of what your body needs.
Listen to your body.
Feel it.
Listen.
The divine intelligence within you will guide you to the healing hands you may need to see.
Allow the divine intelligence within you to help you understand what direction that is.
Listen.
Listen.
Listen to what your body has to tell you.
And make a commitment to move forward in the steps that you know are the right ones for you.
See yourself playing with your family,
Feeling the joy and the payfulness,
And what does that feel like?
Begin to understand that you don't need to compare yourself with others,
Friends,
Or family.
You are doing the very best you can at this point in time.
Sit in the silence that allows you to feel.
Allow yourself to surround yourself with the feeling and completeness of wholeness,
Of health.
See yourself on the other side,
Knowing that on the other side of your issue,
You will be feeling peace and freedom.
In the silence,
Ask whatever question you might need.
Know that your inner wisdom will help you find the answers that are right for you.
Allow yourself to embrace a changing perspective.
Allow yourself to embrace vibrance with everyday life and with familiar activities.
For a very long time,
You were the giver.
Now,
You are the receiver.
Here is an affirmation for you.
Allow my words to become your words.
Uncertainty flows away,
And I embrace confidence in myself that I can become whole and healthy again.
Know this in your heart of hearts.
