Welcome,

My name is Mary Kay and I so appreciate you choosing to meditate with me.

We will be doing a self-inquiry practice where we tap into our hearts and our divine wisdom answering three questions,

Dropping in to see who you really are.

So I invite you to get really comfortable and close your eyes and go inward.

The beautiful thing about closing your eyes is that we access the realm of infinite possibilities.

Taking some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

Inhaling to the silent count of five,

And exhaling to the silent count of six.

Taking some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths to relax our bodies and to calm down our nervous system.

Breathing in to this very moment,

And with your exhale,

Releasing any tension,

Any stress,

Or any fears.

With your long,

Slow,

Deep breath,

Breathing in and having a beginner's mind,

And with your exhale,

Letting go of any expectations.

Taking long,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

And letting go of anything you did before this meditation and anything you're going to do after,

And simply connect to this moment in time.

I invite you to open your hearts and open your minds as we are in a place of love,

Peace,

And healing.

Taking long,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

And realizing the greatest gift we can ever receive is to have this breath,

And to have this body,

And to have this heart that loves the way it does.

Slowly returning to your regular breath with its natural rhythm and depth.

And I invite you to imagine a magnificent divine light right above your head,

Connecting with your crown chakra,

And connecting to unconditional love and wisdom.

This magnificent divine light now enters the top of your head,

Relaxing your scalp and your forehead,

Flowing down your face,

And stimulating your third eye chakra right between your eyebrows.

As this warm divine light flows down your face,

It's softening your eyes and all the muscles around your eyes,

Flowing down your cheeks and relaxing your ears,

Hydrating your mouth and unclenching your jaw.

This warm white healing light flows down your neck and penetrates your throat chakra,

Freeing your voice.

Warm liquid light dropping your shoulders away from your ears and flowing down your arms and entering your hands.

This warm liquid light is dripping off each one of your fingers and it wraps you like a blanket.

The liquid light is entering your chest and opening your heart chakra.

Warm liquid light expanding more and more with each heartbeat,

Flowing down your torso.

It relaxes your solar plexus right at your rib cage.

The liquid light is penetrating every cell,

Tissue,

And organ.

As it runs down your torso and enters your sacral chakra,

Pulsating your sacral chakra,

Opening you up to fully blossom and open up your creativity.

The warm liquid light now enters the base of your spine and is flooding your root chakra.

Feeling grounded and stable as the liquid light continues to flow down your legs and entering your feet and dripping off each one of your toes.

Surrendering into this peaceful warm healing light and breathe into your heart the warm glowing light that is all around us.

Imagine that warm glowing light becoming brighter and brighter with every breath.

This magnificent light opens your heart more and more into a place of unconditional love,

Peace,

And a deep divine connection.

Begin to breathe in love with each inhale and with each exhale breathing out peace.

Breathing in love and exhaling peace.

From this place of love and peace,

I invite you to ask yourself three questions and ask them in a way that just invites an answer from your innermost being.

We are here to connect to who we really are.

With your next breath,

Ask yourself this question,

Who am I?

Silently asking yourself the question,

Who am I?

Diving deeper into the question with each breath,

Who am I?

Connecting with your inner compass,

You ask yourself a new question,

What is my heart's desire?

Diving deep into the question of what is my heart's desire?

Simply asking the question,

What is my heart's desire?

And with your next breath,

Connecting with that wisdom within,

Asking the last question,

How can I best love myself?

Silently asking,

How can I best love myself?

Breathing in that divine,

Magnificent light that we have created and asking yourself,

How can I best love myself?

Breathing in and out into a pool of love that we have created and feeling the energy that we have gathered.

May the pool of love we have gathered here spread its wings and fly far and near.

From the depths of our hearts to the farthest star,

May our love bless everyone.

May our love bless everyone.

Breathing in and out and coming back to your breath and taking a few moments to let this self inquiry meditation integrate into your cells and tissues.

As you breathe in and out,

Perhaps noticing a gentle shift in your perspective on who you are,

What your heart desires,

And how you can best love yourself.

With your breath,

Give yourself gratitude for coming to this place and time to cultivate a little more peace,

Balance,

Harmony,

And healing.

I am so grateful to you for taking time to meditate with me,

Finding out who you are,

What your heart desires,

And how you can best love yourself.

Because loving yourself deeply,

Connecting to who you really are,

You will then find Thank you for your time,

And I so appreciate you and wish you a blessed,

Beautiful day.

Namaste.
