Parenthood is forever and trusting your capacity to parent well is a “muscle” that we must exercise daily. This meditation is so helpful with that dynamic. From tiny infants through full grown parents and individuals themselves, our children can count on us as they navigate new territory. These thoughts can serve as mantras for nurturing that trust in ourselves. Thank you, Mary Christine!
