Often when life feels out of control,
We start to grip.
We start to do everything we can to try to take that control back.
So we get tighter and we get more rigid and we think we need to do more.
We need to hustle.
We have to move faster.
We have to do,
Do,
Do,
Do,
Do.
And this is the reminder that when your hands are gripped tight,
There's nowhere to receive.
And when you soften,
You slowly release the grip.
Your palms are open and you can actually have the space,
The capacity and the energy to receive everything it is that you want.
So this is your loving reminder that if you are gripping,
If you have your jaw clenched tight and you are trying to force your way through whatever is coming next,
You can do that.
But you can also choose to soften.
You can choose to surrender,
To exhale,
To know that it's all working out in divine timing and that when you open up your hands,
When you open up that grip,
You truly have the ability to receive.
So join me,
Soften,
Surrender and receive.
You've got this.
