Welcome to this full flower moon ritual,
My friend.
The flower moon marks the arrival of spring,
The renewal of life,
And the abundance of nature waking up all around us.
It carries the energy of growth,
Abundance,
Fertility,
Creativity,
Passion,
Love,
And harmony.
And you can feel that energy if you look around.
Things are blooming,
Expanding,
Reaching,
Becoming visible.
So tonight,
We're going to work with that energy intentionally,
Not just to manifest,
But to align.
To plant a clear intention in a way your heart and nervous system can actually receive.
And we're doing it with a beautiful ritual involving flowers,
Water,
A red ribbon,
A red candle,
And a ceremony to bless your intention with the energy of the full flower moon.
If you're driving or walking,
You can simply listen and soak in its meaning and then come back later to do the ritual.
But if you're ready to do it now,
Be sure to pause after you gather all your materials.
You'll need two red candles,
A bowl,
Clean water,
Any type of flowers you delight,
Red ribbon,
And a black marker.
Now that you have everything,
Get comfortable.
Drop your shoulders,
Unclench your jaw,
Soften your belly.
Take a slow inhale and a steady exhale.
On your next inhale,
Recite to yourself,
I receive.
And on your exhale,
I soften.
The flower moon is a mirror.
It reflects what happens when life is supported.
When it gets light,
Water,
Time,
Space,
And nourishment,
It grows.
And the invitation tonight is simple.
What do you want to grow?
What do you want to expand into abundance in your creativity,
Passion,
Love,
Harmony,
Or your way of living?
This moon doesn't ask you to become someone else.
It asks you to feed what matters.
Step one,
If you desire,
You can dress in the color of red.
Red represents life force,
Courage,
Passion,
And creative energy.
It's optional,
But it's powerful.
Now decorate your space,
Your altar,
Your table,
Or simply the area in front of you.
Have it include seasonal flowers,
Even if it's just a few stems in a jar.
Let this be a signal to your body,
This moment is sacred.
Before you write anything,
Take a breath and ask yourself,
What do I want to grow during this lunar cycle?
Make it one clear intention.
It might sound like to grow my creative output with ease,
To deepen love and harmony in my relationships,
To nourish my body and energy.
Let it be simple.
Let it be true.
Step two,
Write your intention on the ribbon.
Using the black marker,
Write your intention or goal on the red ribbon.
As you write it,
Imagine you're coding it with your energy.
Not anxiety,
Not pressure,
But devotion.
Step three,
Create flower water.
Fill your bowl with the clean water and add a handful of flowers to the water.
As the flowers touch the water,
Imagine they're offering their frequency,
Beauty,
Life,
Softness,
Abundance.
Step four,
Place the ribbon in the water.
Place the red ribbon inside the bowl and let it soak.
Let your intention soak.
This is a beautiful metaphor.
Your intention doesn't need force,
It needs nourishment.
Step five,
Connect to the full moon.
Try to locate the full moon in the sky or if you can't see it,
Use the eye of your mind to visualize it.
Picture it bright and full.
Now,
Imagine its energy streaming down toward you,
Not to fix you,
But to bless you and let the energy bless the water.
Softly say,
May this water be blessed with growth,
Abundance,
Creativity,
Passion,
Love,
And harmony.
Step six,
Light the candle and repeat the intention.
Light one of the red candles on your altar.
As the flame rises,
Repeat your intention slowly.
Let the candle's flame represent life force.
Let it represent the part of you that is ready to be seen.
Step seven,
Stir the flower water and meditate.
Gently stir the flower water.
As you stir,
Imagine you're moving energy,
Bringing your intention into motion.
Now,
Close your eyes,
Breathe slowly,
And meditate on your intention.
Ask yourself,
What would it feel like if this intention were real now?
Who would I be?
How would I show up?
What is one small action I can take in the next 24 hours to nourish it?
Step eight,
Place the bowl in the moonlight and snuff the candle.
Place the bowl outside or by a window where it can be touched by the moonlight,
Then snuff out the candle,
Not blowing it out in a rush energy,
But closing it with reverence.
As you snuff it,
Say,
This intention is alive.
Step nine,
Morning integration.
Now,
Here's what you'll do tomorrow.
The next morning,
Strain the water and pour it into a glass bottle or jar.
Then use this blessed water to feed your plants and flowers,
Watering life and intention.
And as you do,
Remember,
Your intention is not just an idea,
It's a living thing.
It grows where you give it attention,
Action,
And care.
Step 10,
Burn the remaining candle over the following days.
And finally,
Over the next days,
Burn the rest of your candles.
Each time you light one,
Repeat your intention.
Even one sentence,
Even one breath.
This is how you nourish what you're creating.
Not all at once,
But consistently.
Now take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
Place one hand on your heart and say,
I honor what is growing.
I nourish what matters.
I trust the timing of my bloom.
Happy full flower moon,
My friend.
